Beautiful Historical 1 bedroom , with a separate living room , a complete kitchen with stove and oven , this is not a studio Apartment ( upstairs ) located in the charming neighborhood of Parrot Cove. Completely renovated right and has hurricane proof windows in the heart of Downtown Lake Worth Beach. It is just 2 blocks from the golf course and 4 blocks from the main avenue "Lake Ave". Where you find all the shops, restaurants and bars, festivals, the Play House and movie Theatre. The Publix grocery store is a 10 min walk and it is 2 blocks from the intracoastal and a 28 minute walk to the beach. Please ask all

Arriving after dark it was mildly uncomfortable because the property is behind a tall hedge and the street number required going into the yard to see it; once certain it was the right property all was fine. The neighborhood felt very safe. Wifi was stable and strong. Lots of windows so natural light was very pleasant during the day. It is a good base for exploring the area. I found good running paths about 15 minutes away by car, and multiple worthwhile local restaurants 5-10 minutes away by car. My favorites were Matthew's Brewery in the evening and The Pelican Restaurant for breakfast.

Great place to stay

My husband and I were very comfortable and felt safe. The apartment was clean, lots of towels, everything you need. Located very close to beach and restaurants. Will definitely stay again in future.

Historic Charm

A beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood. Thoughtful accessories and supplies. My only negative is the delay to receive the lock code. I gather all my travel details in one place and not receiving that information until late on the day of check in was stressful.
