Will Never Rent Through The Powers Group

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While it was easy to book the rental and the app was helpful, I will never rent through this group again. Their contact Alex never answered his phone, only texted. We were locked out of the place due to a malfunction of the electronic keypad. It took Alex over 12 hours to respond via text! No phone call! Richard never called us back either. Horrible experience with this group!
