This centrally located apartment has been furnished to a high standard and is located on the 2nd Floor of a 12 apartment listed building close to the centre of Menton. The building is served by an elevator. Local shops and restaurants are all within close walking distance. WIFI service is available & there is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board & microwave. There is also a recently installed electric induction hob with the usual child safety features.
The apartment can accommodate 4 guests but is more suitable for 2/3 people. A supplement of 50€ is chargeable for the 4th guest over the age of 16.

Appartement très bien situé

Bel appartement très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Patricia est très sympathique.Appartement calme et non bruyant. Le seul reproche la climatisation faisait une bruit de casserole dommage. A part ca tout etait tre bien.

Great location

This apartment is in a great location. Literally one minute and thirty seven seconds from the front door to the beach! A five minute walk to the train station and there are cafes at almost every corner! The apartment is located at the back of the building so it was much quieter. It was a perfect size for 2 people. It could use a bit of an update. But all in all, it was great and would love to go back again. Menton is a great town!

Appartement près de la plage. Et pas loin des gares sncf et routière

Nous avons pu nous baigner, aller au restau et visiter jardins et musées. Très bien situé. Appartement agréable, calme, avec vue sur la montagne et collé sur la plage. Beaucoup de magasins à proximité pour les courses. C’est la deuxième fois que j’y viens avec ma fille pour 2 semaines ou plus et nous reviendrons encore. Un petit point à améliorer : une seule clé pour 2 et interphone en panne. Mais très belle impression en général

Another lovely stay

We stayed in the apartment earlier this month, having stayed previously and had a relaxing time. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious and airy and they had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The apartment is on the second floor and is serviced by a lift, which means no dragging suitcases upstairs. It is a 10-15 minute easy walk from the station, to a quieter part of town which we appreciate especially at night. 5 minutes takes you to the busier side and it is one block back from the beach. Communication with the owner is also very good, as it is with his agent on the ground. Menton is such a wonderful place full of activity but without the sometimes chaotic aspects of cities such as Nice and Monaco - there are shops, restaurants and mountains that come down to the sea; it is incredible scenery and ambience and we would strongly recommend a visit.

Bon emplacement

Apparemment bien situé tout proche de la plage, avec l'essentiel. Mais attention, les frais de ménage (pas très bien fait d'ailleurs !) et du linge de maison ne sont pas inclus dans le prix de la location. Et ce n'est pas rénové récemment, mais plutôt dans les années 90 (décoration datée !) ! L'appartement donne sur l'arrière et les fenêtres sont très récentes, elles, ce qui fait que c'est calme. La douche est un peu etroite, le lit un peu vieillot quoique relativement confortable, les radiateurs électriques très très anciens ! Mais globalement, on a pu dormir convenablement.
