Hi!

I have 2 spare rooms & a bathroom in my townhouse in Oceanside.

It is perfect for anyone who needs a clean, simple, & easy place to sleep while in North County SD. I am on the north side of Oceanside, 4 miles from Oceanside Pier. Vista, Carlsbad & the backgate of Camp Pendleton are only a few minutes away.

The rooms are adjoined by a pocket door making it perfect for a couple who might need some extra space, a solo traveler who can spread out or a pair of friends who want their own bed.

My place is a 2 story townhouse style home in the heart of Oceanside.

The 2 rental rooms are both located on the second floor of my home. Once you enter the home, you would immediately turn right to take the stairs up to the second floor. The rental rooms are on the left while the bathroom is on the right. My bedroom is at the end on the same floor.

My rental rooms and my master bedroom do not share any walls.

I have 2 spare rooms for guests and depending on what you are looking for, the space can be used in different ways. Since the rooms are on the smaller side, I created a pocket door between the 2 rooms to give my guests more room to spread out.

If you are a solo traveler, you can sleep in one room and you can place your luggage in the other. If you are a couple, you will have more space to spread out and not feel crammed in one room. If best friends are traveling together, you have the option of using the extra bed in the second room. It is a daybed that converts from a twin to a full. You can also close the pocket door for privacy. If you are a couple traveling with a kid or a teenager, they can have their own space in the second room. The rooms are small but it is still doable.

The bathroom is right across the hall from both of the bedrooms and the bathroom is reserved for my guests. No one else will use the bathroom during your stay. I have my own bathroom in my room and my house guests have access to a powder room downstairs.

The bedrooms are carpeted. First room has a fixed queen sized bed and the second room has a twin sized day bed that can easily convert to a full sized bed. There is a small mini refrigerator for your convenience, as well as 2 TV's with cable and apps. There is a Keurig Coffee Machine and a desk for those who need a space to work. I provide clean and fresh towels, linens, pillows.

This listing is new as of July 2023. I moved at the end of 2022 and I rented out my extra room at my old place. I am proud to be a super host and my last Oceanside listing had over 50 stays within a few months (with a 5 star rating). I am excited to start VRBO again after a year hiatus.
