A comfortable apartment located in one of the most privileged areas of São Paulo. In 10 minutes of walking or less, it is possible to reach points of interest of the city, such as Av. Paulista, TV Gazeta, Cultural Cinema Reserve, Brigadeiro subway, Hotel Maksoud, Top Center, Shopping Cidade de SP, Fundação Getúlio Vargas and Pró-Matre, Santa Catarina, Oswaldo Cruz and Beneficência Portuguesa hospitals. A little further away are the Jardins neighborhood and Ibirapuera Park.

The space
A comfortable studio near the most vibrant and emblematic avenue of São Paulo, Paulista. Even near the buzixo and events, a quiet place. The apartment is a great option for visitors who come to the city both for work and tourism.

Guest access
Access to the whole apartment. In addition to the basic appliances, I offer wifi, desktop computer for guest use, nespresso machine, iron, hair dryer and air conditioning.

Interaction with guests
My co-hosts will be available whenever you need them, but without being invasive. We offer guides and maps of São Paulo, as well as information about the cultural life of the city.

Other observations
The apartment is relatively quiet, since there are no bus lines passing on your street, nor does it have very heavy traffic (except at rush hour). However, since the apartment is two blocks from Av. Paulista, we can offer earplugs to give you extra comfort when sleeping if you deem it necessary. We do not make leases for more than 40 days.
