Fully furnished Park Model in RV park, streaming TV and internet provided. Access to pool and exercise room. Park activities available November through March at higher rates. Summer rates lower, April through September. Lovely 2 bedroom, one bath, additional dining room and porch. W/D provided. very quiet and has onsite parking. Private driveway for parking. All you need to bring are your clothes and you! Yuma has great activities in the winter and Algodones, Mexico is very near and San Diego is 2.5 hours away!

Great Place to Stay While Looking for a Home in Yuma

Well equipped with towels, spare sheets, cookware and kitchen utensils. Living room had comfortable chairs. TV had Roku supplied which allowed us to make use of YouTube, Netflix and other apps. Owner supplied us with breakfast for first day plus a container of drinking water for our use. Laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs were also supplied. We had a comfortable stay.

Peggy is a wonderful host who is very caring and walks us through if anything is needed!

Peggy took time out to personally greet us and show us around the property. She had a few groceries before we had arrived to make our stay comfortable. Overall I would rate this a 5/5 stay. Would recommend it for sure!
