About this property

Beautiful Loft unit on the first floor of Aria Ocean. Just renovated, with all the furniture and linens new. Sleep 7 on this apartment. It has 2 bedrooms on the first floor, a master room with a king size bed and another small room with a bunkbed. One sofa-bed is on the living room so 2 more people can crash there. It has a well equiped kitchen and a beautiful table for six. Two complete bathrooms are in this unit, one in the master room and the other downstairs on the living room.

DO NOT STAY HERE

There is only one bedroom. Not "two bedrooms on the first floor." The door on the patio does not lock - and the condo is on the first floor so anyone can get in - so totally unsafe. We slept there first two nights while trying to find another rental and when we found another rental we left this place. The mattress is super old and uncomfortable and you can see how worn the mattress is through the thin sheets. The "second small bedroom" has no door so our friends did not stay with us because there was no privacy. And the bathroom toilet downstairs did not work, so again, they did not want to stay there with us. The only way to flush the toilet was to turn nozzle at top of bottom of toilet which caused water to go all over the bathroom floor (which we cleaned up). There is no warm water - only cold. There were not three mattresses in "second bedroom" - there are only two sofas to sleep. The first floor (entrance/ kitchen, dining room) was dirty - we found hair and dried rice, etc...Contacted Vrbo and of course no refund. Do not stay here if you are looking for cute, clean safe. The description for this rental it totally misleading and wrong.
