Private and peaceful, the only sound you will hear is that of birds singing. Nestled in the corner of the large sun-deck is the hot tub, which is the perfect spot to relax while the kids make use of the playground and swing-ball in the fully-fenced yard. The out-door area is an entertainers dream – so fire up the BBQ and enjoy the sunshine and privacy!

Prime location – simply walk out the back gate and you will be absolutely spoilt for choice with the many wonderful walking tracks in the Botanical Gardens. A lovely spot for a picnic!
The lake is only a short 3 minute drive away, and town centre is at most a 7 minute drive.
The house itself boasts a large modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge plus additional smaller lounge/sitting area and dining area. Pool-table, table-tennis, fairy-garden for the kids, swing set, gold-fish to feed, and a trampoline. There is a heat-pump, underfloor heating (in the kitchen) and a pellet fire to keep you toasty during the winter months. During the warmer months, make use of the air-conditioning unit on the downstairs level of the house and the ceiling fan upstairs.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and a small private balcony where, on a clear day, you can even catch a glimpse of the snowy mountains.
