About this property

This fully air conditioned, spacious, luxury villa has 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathrooms, and a further bathroom with access from both the pool and the house. Features private pool, spa (can be heated in winter for an extra charge) and games room with pool, air hockey and foosball tables. Has a large family room, living and dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook. There is a (US) king master bedroom with luxury en-suite and walk-in closet, beautifully furnished queen suite and 2 twin bedrooms. Villa also features pool bathroom. We have TV's in all rooms, with Tivo in the lounge, Playstation 3 and games and Blue Ray player. Resort facilities include Lakeside Club House with air-conditioned fitness centre, sauna, games room, high speed internet access, children's play area, tennis courts, volleyball court, lounge with widescreen TV and nature trail. As well as my private pool and spa, guests may use the resort's larger pool and spa with Tiki Hut bar for poolside drinks and snacks. The villa is set in 330 acres of woodland and the gates of the resort are manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week. There is also on site concierge service in the Resort Club House.

Family Vacation

This home is everything that was advertised and more! The house and property was clean, plenty of if towels for 4 adults and 3 kids. The pool and hot tub were great. I would highly recommend this house and consider coming back again!

Perfect Place for a Conference

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was exactly as we expected from the pictures. We especially liked having two living areas since we were 6 adults. The layout of the kitchen was good for multiple people. The key was easily accessible and we were very appreciative of the 24-hour security at the gate entrance because we arrived very late on our first night. The pool was pretty (and was cleaned while we were there), it was just too cold to swim in January. We had all the necessities to start our week until we could get to a store to restock. The only suggestion I would have is more towels and washcloths were needed with 6 adult women staying in the house. However, we did make use of the full size washer and dryer, conveniently located in the garage. I would recommend this house to any of my friends, and we will most likely book here again next year for our Orlando conference.

Excellent location, villa spotlessly clean.

A perfect location for the theme parks. Villa in a beautiful gated community, and the Villa and community very clean and cared for. Great communication from the owner, a perfect base for the family wedding we attended at Disney. A perfect experience from start to finish, would highly recommend.

Wonderful rental home with wonderful location.

The home was exactly as stated through the listing. It was clean and spacious. There were lots of towels available which has been an issue in the past with other rentals with teenagers. Plenty of dishes and dining spaces. The pool was smaller but perfect for our family. The kids loved it. The gated community that this residence is in always makes us feel safe when we stay there. The location is very close to the Disney properties which makes this home a easy rental consideration going forward. The property owner was wonderful. She provided all required information prior to the rental. Her information was timely and just what we needed to know. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

My husband and I divide our time between New Jersey where my son now lives, Upminster where we live, and our beautiful holiday home in sunny Florida. My husband is now retired and I enjoy meeting people on the Internet and renting our 2 holiday homes on Emerald Island Resort.

We bought our property because we fell in love with Emerald Island Resort.The location is perfect for Disney, golf for my son-in-law and we all appreciate the convenience of having so many good restaurants and shops within easy reach. We have 4 young grandchildren and we feel happy about the security and facilities on offer.
