This villa is within easy reach of the bars and restaurants of Javea, the main beach at Arenal is approx 5 minutes drive, with the Old Town and Port being just a few kilometres further on. Within the close vicinity are the towns of Moraira, Denia and Calpe with it's harbour side restaurants. Inland is the delightful Jalon Valley and the ancient town of Guadalest with the prehistoric caves nearby. Within a 30 minutes drive of Javea are the attractions of Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Mitica theme parks.

fantástica villa con un problema de hormigas

En general todo estaba muy bien y la comunicación ha sido muy buena,. Urbanización tranquila, perfectamente ubicada, agua de la piscina muy limpia, etc. La casa tiene un problema de hormigas, por el que ya se preguntó antes de cerrar el alquiler, y aunque nos contestaron que estaba solucionado, no era así. Durante la estancia nos ofrecieron varias alternativas para abordar el problema, pero no era el momento de estar entrando a fumigar ni en el interior ni el exterior de la vivienda. .

Villa with great pool

We stayed in this villa for 9 days in August and had a very relaxing time. It’s a real home away from home. It’s well placed for regular visits to the Arenal where we ate almost every night - closer than the other properties we have stayed in before. The bedrooms are air conditioned and the blinds completely shut out light which makes for a very pleasant nights sleep. The shower in the en-suite was very powerful. We had one small maintenance issue with a split shower hose which was dealt with very promptly by the property manager. There is a bit of an issue with ants but that’s quite common for Spain. Just got to make sure you keep surfaces wiped down after every use. Having a washing machine was useful for keeping our towels fresh after all the swimming. The pool is excellent and has sun all day making it a pleasant temperature from morning till night. Pool lights made for some lovely evening swims. The villa is close to the most beautiful cove called La Granadella. We went late afternoon as it’s very busy during the day for parking there. We found a parking spot every time after 4pm though. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa and we will lost likely return in the future if possible.

Nice villa

We had a few issues with ant nests which we sorted with ant powder. Couple of sun beds could do with replacing and also the shower door in the en-suite. A few tiles coming off the swimming pool. Loved the location and the air con. Overall a lovely stay.

Bien, mais...

Les plus:plain pied, piscine ensoleillee, canapés cuir. Les moins:pas assez de rangements (salle de bains, 2 chambres sur 3) Equipements de cuisine insufisants, plaque de cuisson défectueuse (faisait disjoncter), cafetière pour 1 personne, pas de faitout pour pâtes ou riz. Meubles de jardin très vieux (cassent), et pour certains si sales qu'inutilisables. Inexistence d'entretien de la piscine pendant 3 semaines, nous avons dû appeler le pisciniste (venu à 22h), car la piscine tournait.
