Villa Verde is a detached 3 bedroomed villa on 2 floors with a private pool set in a quiet part of Ciudad Quesada and affording a high level of comfort, privacy and security. It is a 20 minute level walk to the centre of Ciudad Quesada. The villa is approximately 10 minutes by car from the beautiful town and sandy beaches of Guardamar, and 20 minutes by car from the bustling town of Torrevieja. It is surrounded by attractive terracing and established shrubs and fruit trees including lemons, oranges and figs. The villa is furnished to a high standard with all possible modern conveniences including air conditioning, central heating, dishwasher and internet TV with English channels.

Great stay

It's a lovely villa on a nice quiet street, very easy to find. 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. It has a selection of UK tv channels and very fast internet. The closest bars and restaurants are less than 10 minutes walk. We had a great 14 nights and would not hesitate to stay again.

Superbe villa

Les photos et la description sont conformes. La maison est parfaite pour les vacances, il ne manque rien du tout. Lorraine est disponible et repond très rapidement. Rubén, l'agent sur place est très réactif, c'est vraiment plaisant pour passer des vacances en toute tranquillité. Commerces, pharmacie et tabac, tout est à proximité Nous recommandons cette maison à 200% et gardons précieusement adresse. Merci Lorraine.

Excellent stay

My family had a great stay at the villa. A very quiet area with a few bars/restaurants and a good supermarket in walking distance. The pool was lovely and the kids loved it. Communication with Lorraine was excellent and she was really helpful. Highly recommend for a nice relaxing holiday.

Fantastic Villa

Just returned from a fabulous two week stay.Communtion with owner was first class and she provided all information needed to help you have as good a stay as possible.The villa itself was everything and more as descibed.From the beautiful and quiet residential area to the excellent indoor and outdoor facilities including fantastic pool which was used daily by 3 adults and 2 children,villa was spotless and well maintained. Location was ideal with bars and restaurants a short walk and on a few occasions we walked into quesada which takes about 20 mins.Would highly recommended this villa,we tried to book for same time next year but unfortunately was already booked for the time we wished to stay but would hope to return in the future.

Great Location

This is a lovely villa in a quite part of Quesada. The Villa has 3 bedrooms so is suitable for 6 persons but we were only 2 so only used the main bedroom. I would suggest the facilities are a bit cramped particularly for cooking and indoor dining for 6 adults but would be fine if some of the party were children. The villa is clean and benefits from a lovely spacious outdoor area, with a good size pool, which we were able to take advantage of most of the time. It is in a relatively quiet part of the town (or at least it was when we were there) and I am guessing several of the houses/villas are used as holiday homes or rentals. But if you are looking for a relaxing peaceful break which we were, it is ideal. We had a couple of minor issues (TV and toaster not working) but these were sorted immediately by the Property Manager. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing break in a villa in Quesada

The owners of this villa are Lorraine and Barry Green. Lorraine's two sisters live in the area, so they are frequent visitors to Ciudad Quesada. They are looking forward to retiring in the sunshine in the not too distant future - if the government ever stops raising the retirement age!

Why they chose this property

We wanted to build a property which we would enjoy when we retired, making sure that everything was as we would like it. The young Spanish architects were keen to make a mark and made every effort to design a contemporary, comfortable, and well planned property. We love it!

What makes this property unique

Villa Verde offers a perfect blend of peace and quiet around the pool with bars and restaurants close by. Most of our guests are repeat visitors to the Villa, enjoying the "best of both worlds" it offers.
