About this property

Pool heat recommended October to March is extra and is available for £100 a week We closed the house down from the end of August to December 2021 after receiving bad reviews, after getting the first one when we refused to sell the house to the first person who left a bad review, prior to that renter, we had not had a bad review, funny that. During this period we had all the bedding, linen, towels, pillows and kitchen pots and pans etc renewed, we also had vinyl plank flooring laid in the family room, dining room and hallway. We also had new A/C installed including new units inside and out and then we had the complete interior of the house repainted ready for 2022
There are a lot of villa owners who claim that their villas are located 10-15 minutes from Disney. It is only when you get there, that you find the only way you could get there in that time was if you used the space shuttle. That is not the case with our villa. Indian Ridge Villas is a quiet walled residential neighbourhood with no through traffic. 3 miles/5 minutes by car from Disney. It has a shaded community pool, cabana, tennis courts and children's play area, all of which are available to our clients. The Mystic Dunes Golf and Country Club is adjacent, with further golf courses only minutes away. Supermarkets, world class restaurants, shopping centres and of course The American dream Disney are found just around the corner. Our management team are located minutes away, and are available 24 hours per day, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are fully licensed with the State of Florida and the villa has smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and emergency lighting. Overall a clean property and close to things you need with a car, but things need a lot of TLC which is such a shame as this could be a truly lovely holiday home. I wouldn’t return but none the less it was a clean place to sleep

Great stay

It was a great location close to the parks so we don’t have to get that traffic. Quiet neighborhood. The house has everything you need. What we love the most was the pool.

We have been holidaying with our family in the USA every year since 1987 and used, to use a friends villa in Florida until we decided to bite the bullet and buy our own in 2002 and have enjoyed every minute of being Florida home owners, even if it means I seem to spend my spare time at Lowes or Home Depot more these days then at Disney or Universal, unlike the rest of the family, but spending 3 holidays a year in the Sunshine State makes it all worthwhile.
