This villa is simply stunning. It benefits from a secluded position in the north east tip of Samui, yet is conveniently situated close to the airport and major tourist attractions, making it ideal for groups looking for a touch of luxury but wanting to maintain a level of seclusion. Accommodation comprises: 4 en-suite bedrooms all with remote controlled air conditioning: Large open-plan lounge with views across the infinity edge pool to the bay beyond: 2nd lounge and TV room in downstairs apartment: Fully fitted European kitchen with granite work surfaces: Sun terrace and sala with separate fridge, shower, wc and outdoor dining area. The villa benefits from 24 hour security and ease of access with ample parking provision. It benefits from "passive cooling" in the living and kitchen areas to keep cool without using air-conditioning and to try and keep our "footprint" low. The west facing aspect of this villa overlooking the Gulf of Siam towards the Ang Thong Marine Park provides some of the most spectacular sunsets on the island. The villa features its own 5kw solar installation to further reduce its carbon footprint. We can't promise that the solar array will provide our guests with all their energy needs, but it does reduce the cost and help reduce our impact on the environment. Any electricity drawn from the grid over and above what the solar array provides is charged at 8.5 thb per kwh. A meter reading is done with the guests on arrival by the villa manager and again on departure to ensure guests are only charged for what they use from the grid. The vast majority of the lighting at the villa is modern low power consumption LED. All glass, metal, paper and cardboard waste is sorted by our maid for recycling. We kindly ask our guests to help us in this endeavour to keep our waste generation to a minimum.
