About this property

This spacious and comfortable villa has all rooms set on one level. It is perfect for summer and winter let’s. It is within walking distance of local restaurants, tennis courts, bars a supermarket and other small grocery shops. It is approximately 10 mins drive to Javea Alrenal beach with the smaller beaches of Granadella, La Baracca and Ambolo about 5 mins drive away. There are 2 golf courses within a 10-15 mins drive. The villa is suitable for both summer and winter lets. It’s private pool, a secluded sun roof, barbecue and patio areas around the villa make for perfect outdoor summer living. There is central heating and an open fire place for cosy winter evenings.
The villa is available for long winter lets from November to March at a discounted price. Please contact me for a price.

Vacacio es en Javea

Todo correcto, pero creo que el aire acondicionado es necesario por las noches. La piscina los primeros dias no estaba bien pero en cuanto se lo comentamos a los chicos del mantenimiento lo solucionaron. La casa está genial, la zona es tranquila y hemos disfrutado mucho. Karen y Robin muy agradables y ante culaquier duda responden seguido.

Perfecta para vacaciones en familia

Moonrakers es una casa sensacional para pasar las vacaciones en familia y cerca de las mejores playas de la zona. Sue, Robin y Karen se encargan de que todo funcione como un reloj. El espacio de la piscina y el cenador invitan a relajarse y olvidarse de todo. Si tuviera que ponerle una pega solo sería la falta de aire acondicionado (las noches de mucho calor se echa en falta). Gracias por brindarnos unas vacaciones inolvidables.

This has been our family holiday home for over 40 years. Javea is a wonderful place to stay and offers something for everyone. In summer and winter villa provides a good base to enjoy the delights of this part of the world.

What makes this property unique

The villa is on a flat piece if land which makes access easy. The garden is closed, so safe for pets. We have central heating for winter and shaded areas for summer and the pool for your own private use.
