About this property

Kingswood Village Condo for family fun! The complex is approximately one mile to downtown Kings Beach, the state park, shopping, restaurants and more! About 6 miles to the base of Northstar or 2 miles to the North Shore's casinos.

Condo has sleeping accommodations for up to 9 guests with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a loft area. The two bedrooms are both housed on the main entry level and have King Beds. The end suite room also has a flat screen TV with a Roku device and access to a private balcony. There is a shared bathroom in the downstairs hallway with a tub/shower combination. The washer and dryer are also located downstairs in the hallway.

The upper level showcases an open layout with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is a galley style kitchen and has a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, NEW electric range (not pictured) and full-sized fridge with top freezer. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, access to a deck, a flat screen TV with cable service and new furniture including a sleeper sofa pull out in the main floor nook.

Off the living area there's another little alcove space with a new full sleeper sofa, as well as another full bathroom.

On the top floor you'll find 2 sets of twin bunk beds in the loft which overlooks the living space below.

Community amenities feature a summer swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and a par course. Guests can enjoy the club house with full kitchen as well as the exercise room year-round.

Great ski condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the house was not in the best condition (some appliances were quite old and there was a good amount of wear and tear), it was the perfect place for a winter ski lease! Very cosy, perfect location, and plenty of space!

Mini birthday getaway

I loved that this place has everything in the kitchen, lots of towels, extra pillows and blankets. The only bad thing was the floor needs to be fixed, sounds like it’s coming apart. The shower upstairs did not work, so we had to make a line to shower downstairs.

Acceptable Accomodation

It was ok. It was clean on the surface but in need of serious deep cleaning(examples 1) the lamp in the living room had a accordian type shade that was full of dust 2) kitchen cabinets doors had dust and since the property have tons of nick knack display, it was dusty. The walls had stains. The appliances, cabinets and furniture were old. If you need over 8 sleeping accomadation its ok for a short stay. my sister had a rental in Incline village for 8 for $100 less a night during our stay and it that was updated(so no musky smell) and appeared cleaner.
