Nice house in decent location

The house is located about a 10 min walk to the centre of Caleta and has good outside space so you aren’t all on top of each other .Pool and hot tub are nice and house is clean , would recommend.

Beautiful villa great location

I’ve been to the island many times this was my first stay in Tina’s villa, it was amazing. It was like home from home but with the added bonus of swimming pool and hot tub. I was very impressed. The villa was immaculate and I have to say the bed was so comfy too. Location was perfect for us a 10 minute stroll to all the shops etc. I would highly recommend this villa and will definitely be back, communication with Tina was the best I’ve ever had and look forward to arranging my next visit many thanks flora and Daniel x

Super saubere Unterkunft

Alle Fotos und Beschreibungen haben genau gestimmt. Außerdem war die Unterkunft extrem sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der englischen Vermieterin Tina klappte Dank "Frau Google" sehr gut. Tina hat uns sehr viele Tips für Restaurants und Ausflügen mitgegeben. Die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft gestaltete sich etwas schwierig da die Zubringerstraße wegen einer Straßenbaustelle aktuell gesperrt war. Leider hatten wir eine sehr windige Woche erwischt, so dass wir die Dachterrasse nicht nutzen konnten. Allerdings gibt es für die Lage direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens einen Punktabzug. Die ersten Flieger kamen morgens um ca. 7:30 und die letzten ca. 22:00 Uhr. Da wir tagsüber meistens unterwegs waren hat uns das nicht sehr gestört und Nachts hatte man ja seine Ruhe. Die Heizung des Whirlpool wurde über eine Zeitschaltuhr gesteuert. Morgens um 8:00 hatten die Wassertemperatur 32,5 Grad und Abends 34,5 Grad. Das war uns etwas zu kühl und nach Rücksprache mit dem Verwalter wurde hier nachgebessert, so dass Abends etwa 17:00 Uhr die Wassertemperatur bei 37 Grad lag.
