About this property

Villa Lynste is one of four villas, each with its own private swimming pool. The poolside and patio area is equipped with sun loungers, table, sun umbrella and cushions. There is a large purpose built BBQ in the lawned garden which also features a hammock. The walled garden contains plenty of shrubs, fruit trees, palm tree, and a grape vine helps give shade to a large L shaped terraced area overlooking the kidney shaped pool.

Villa Lynste

The villa was everything it claimed to be. It was situated in a very quiet area yet close to both the top and bottom roads through Ovacik – ideally placed for access to the dolmus, restaurants, shops etc. The villa itself had all the amenities you could need; a fitted safe, a washing machine, wi-fi etc etc. The bedrooms were air-conditioned; it was spotlessly clean; and the kitchen was very well equipped. The water pressure to the showers was exceptional and were real power showers. The outside terrace area was perfect for eating breakfast, lunch etc and was lovely for sitting out in the early evening. The pool was plenty big enough for us and was cleaned regularly. If you rent the villa for a fortnight, you get a clean carried out at the mid-point. The agents for the villa (via the Friar Tuck restaurant) responded quickly to any request and even brought a replacement sun umbrella the same day we asked for one. It was a pleasure staying here and we hope to book it for next year if we can.

Well located and comfortable villa

Great location for Olu Deniz and Fethiye. Stayed as family of 5 with 3 children. Enjoyed the pool when at the villa but most days at beach or exploring around and lots of eateries to enjoy. Good communication with Lynda and check in/out was easy.

Just Perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Lynste. Situated between the main and upper road of Ovacik, it is the perfect place to be. Lovely cooling breeze. The Villa and garden are beautiful. We found it very spacious and had every single thing we needed. Well set out with ample storage we found it very easy to keep tidy. Showers are fantastic with great water pressure. Steve and Lynda are very easy to get hold of should you need anything and Friar Tucks property management is very good should anything go wrong whilst you are there. We will be looking to book this villa again for next year if they will have us. Thanks Steve and Lynda, We had a wonderful holiday!

I live in Cardiff, S.Wales with my wife Lynda. I retired in 2005 having completed 30 years service as a police officer.
On my retirement, Lynda and myself holidayed in Ovacik, Turkey and fell in love with the country and lifestyle, which resulted in us buying our holiday villa. We like to spend as much time as possible at the villa but are somewhat limited as my wife is still working. We now have numerous friends in the area.

Why they chose this property

Holidayed in the area and fell instantly in love with, the people, the cuisine and the relaxed lifestyle.
There are a lot of activities locally including boat trips, paragliding, quad biking, jeep safaris,horse riding etc. There are a number of culture and historic sites in the area.

What makes this property unique

peace and tranquility, with stunning scenery but within a short walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants. A short dolmus (local bus service) ride away from the world renowned Oludeniz beach and blue lagoon.
The villa has its own swimming pool for those hot and sunny days and if respite from the sun is required you can relax on the shaded terrace with the cooling evening breeze from the surrounding Babadeg mountain, whilst enjoying a BBQ and a refreshing bottle of local wine.
