Apartment located in a nice urbanization in El Ancla in El Puerto de Santa Maria. The accommodation has two bedrooms with capacity for five people.

The urbanization has beautiful gardens and several swimming pools for adults. In addition within the urbanization there are several parking spaces, so you can leave your vehicle in any place that is available.



The accommodation has a living-dining room equipped with flat screen TV and comfortable sofas, to enjoy a relaxing evening that will make you feel at home. The kitchen includes a complete set of kitchenware and appliances such as toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and ceramic hob. It also has two bedrooms; a large master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, with capacity for 3 people. The accommodation is fully furnished and equipped with sheets and towels.

The apartment is located in a residential building where there are neighbors. No parties are allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is located in a privileged location, between two beaches: Playa El Ancla is located at about 600 meters and Playa Las Redes at about 900 meters. If you travel with children it is recommended to go to Playa Las Redes, as Playa El Ancla can only be reached by a long and steep staircase.



Not only can you enjoy the tranquility of the area, but you will also find a leisure area very close by. You will find several restaurants such as La Parrilla Bailey's, Burger King and link:(el-laul,El Lául), several bars, and the supermarket Supersol which is about 1000 meters away.
