About this property

Our large luxury apartment covering 2 floors and corner position offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, across the Ovacik valley and down to the Aegean sea.

Our family apartment consists of entrance hall, shower room, modern fully fitted kitchen with panoramic window, fully furnished large lounge including flat screen tv with satellite channels and DVD player, from the lounge leading into the first floor bedroom which has twin beds. The top floor master suite includes dressing area, ensuite shower room, king size double bed, dressing table and sun terrace.

Air conditioning is fitted throughout for the comfort of our guests at no extra cost.

This beautiful private complex is situated in a unique location at the foot of the Babadag mountains high in the Ovacik valley with children's pool, large communal pool with ample sun loungers and parasols. Within the landscaped gardens there is a children's play area and a bar offering all day snacks and ice cold drinks.

Hisaranou/Ovacik is a 10 minute walk away offering weekly local market, shops, bars and restaurants. Only a 10 minute dolmus ride takes you to Oludeniz where you can stroll along the promenade next to the magnificent beach or sample the hospitiality of the bars and restaurants.

Guests are asked to report any breakages, damage or problems to us as soon as possible. Any serious damage must be paid for before departure.

The apartment is no smoking.

Bedding and towels are included within the price of the apartment and will be changed regularly by the maid service.

Beach towels are not provided.

All facilities are available from 1st May to 31st October, outside these dates the pool will be drained and there will be not bar service, Orka Hotel will also be closed. However airport transfers can still be arranged.

A travel cot is available on request.

The premises will be cleaned throughout your stay and you should find the premises spotless. Please treat it well and leave it as you would expect to find it.

Spotless and fantastically well furnished

We have stayed in other properties at Orka Park and this is by far the best. Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 3 balconies that are beautifully furnished outside. Excellent value Thank you Judy

Fantastic luxury apartment with amazing pool

This two-bedroom apartment is absolutely huge, with two balconies to front overlooking pool and to back overlooking mountains - so it is always possible to get shade or sun. The pool was glorious huge and always plenty of sunbeds. Mo at the pool bar serves great drinks lunches. We experienced a couple of small niggles but these were dealt with quickly. For us, being older and less mobile, the walk down to Hisonaru was too much but it is easy to call a taxi from a button on the post just outside the complex. We also found Hisonaru to be too loud - not really our thing - but there are some restaurants half way down the hill that suited us much more. Overall a lovely stay at this spacious well kept apartment.

Lovely apartment, big pool.

First of all the apartment is very clean and modern with all the things you could ask for to make your stay enjoyable. The complex is out of the way but not too far out of the village to make it remote. A 10-15 minute stroll down the hill to the village and a 5 minute taxi ride back up. The large pool is a big plus and plenty of sunbeds are available which did make the odd couple of people who insisted on leaving their towels out overnight sightly sad. the bar on site which served drinks and food we did not use although it did seem to do a brisk trade. Minor hiccups were after being dropped off at the Orka reception to pick up the key, book in and register, the transport to take us to the apartment was unavailable so had to get a taxi. No big deal but not ideal. We had to contact the owners as there were some minor damages to some of the furniture, fittings which we did not want to be held responsible for. The owners were very grateful although communication was difficult due to the wifi being very spotty unless you went poolside as there is no dedicated connection for the apartment. This was the only real drawback to an otherwise very enjoyable stay. On arrival in the apartment we found that there was a small cupboard (lockable) that had some essentials in it along with sugar, tea bags, coffee etc. A very welcome facility for a much needed brew after the travelling. Overall a very well kept apartment in a very nice location.

Family Holiday

We have just returned from a lovely two week holiday in Mark and Jo’s apartment the Apartment was perfect for what we required very large with plenty of space for all of the family it was also very clean and tidy and the maids were in on a regular basis, the outdoor areas and swimming pool were lovely and very well maintained, I would not hesitate to stay again and would definitely recommend Mark and Jo’s apartment

A little bit of paradise in the hills

A lovely spacious apartment on a beautiful complex that has a bar on site serving food and drink. This was our third visit to this apartment and it is definitely one of our favourites in Ovacik/Hisaronu.
