The chalet enjoys wonderful south-west facing views and sunsets from the terrace, across the Belleville valley, and opposite, to the beautiful valley of Les Encombres. It also has the unusual extra facilities of a playroom and double garage. There are 120 square metres of accommodation with 5 bedrooms. The chalet has a very large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with fantastic views across the valley. Downstairs there is a separate playroom/lounge, a utility room and a double garage. The chalet has underfloor heating throughout. While outside there is a raised large south-west facing terrace & garden. The chalet is set in a small development of 7 chalets just outside the entrance to the village of St Martin de Belleville.

A éviter absolument !

Nous avons séjourné dans ce chalet avec mon mari et mes deux enfants en bas âge . Tout d’abord pas d’état des lieux d’entrée ni de sortie / personne pour vous accueillir . Arrivée sur place , annonce de vues extraordinaires , oui mais sur les voisins ! Photo de la vue du salon trafiquée par un photographe professionnel (aveu de la propriétaire pendant notre séjour et changement de photo sur l’annonce dans la foulée ) La propriétaire se propose de nous rembourser et de nous mettre à la porte sous 24h avec un bébé et un enfant de 6 ans après 1000 km de trajet Bref en plus de cet épisode voici ce que j’ai relevé : —Chalet excentré sans transport et navette le long d’une départementale très passante - pas d’isolation phonique /extrêmement bruyant ( route et voisins) - salle de jeu au dessus de la pompe à chaleur / intenable - Porte qui donne sous les fondations / doit être verrouiller car dangereux pour les enfants - volets qui ne s’ouvrent pas dans le salon - Accoudoirs des canapés cassés - Poêle à bois sans revêtement anti chaleur donc dangereux pour les enfants en plein milieu du salon - deux tabourets bancales (pied dévissé) - Beaucoup de vaisselles ébréchée - Four qui refoule beaucoup de fumée dans la pièce - Pas de matériel à fondue ou à raclette - Réfrigérateur avec une mauvaise odeur - pas de mobilier de jardin - literie de très mauvaise qualité - Couette / oreiller / alaise tachée ( sang et autre ) - douche qui fuit - pas de chaînes françaises

Long weekend skiing

The chalet was every bit as comfortable, clean and well appointed as advertised. The check-in process was simple and the owner was friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the property and the local area. We had a great break and would definitely return.

Pleasant stay in St Martin de Belleville

We had a nice stay overall in the chalet, despite the fact that the shiny mountain view from the first picture is a fake. The chalet is surrounded by other neighbouring chalets, which is not a problem in itself, but not what the cover picture lets you think. The view is nice nonetheless, and the chalet is comfortable and pleasant. Having the living room and kitchen in the same open space is a very good setup for spending time together. The kitchen is well equipped. Rooms are comfortable too though the double beds are a bit small. Louise is very forthcoming and helpful.
