Heated pool on site. Walk down the stairs from the pool and you are on Daytona's famous beach. Washer and dryer units are on site. A lovely gazebo overlooks the ocean. Great place to stay

I enjoyed being able to walk out the door to the pool and then steps to the beach. The rental was clean and spacious. Great location. The check in and out process was very quick and easy. The lady at the counter was extremely nice and helpful. Staff throughout were friendly.

Great place to stay for Daytona 500

What a great use of a old hotel ... turning it into condos! Everything was exceptionally clean and exactly as we expected. Four of us stayed comfortably in the unit. Our main purpose for being in the area was the Daytona 500. The location was perfect for that, oceanfront and still an easy drive to the race! The owner checked in to be sure everything was ok and was very accessible if we had any questions.
