Frank and I have retired out of Melbourne onto a lovely 50 acre block with plenty of wildlife. This we love to share with our children and grandchildren. The apartment in the city gives us an opportunity to return to enjoy all the wonderful things that Melbourne has to offer.

The apartment has a lovely open and airy feel that is instantly relaxing. Being able to walk out on the terrace with a cup of tea or a glass of wine and just watch the world go by does make it feel like a home. Super Apartment at 118 Dudley St,, Unit 414, West Melbourne, VIC, 3003, Australia (3893615) Date of Stay 25 October 2015 We stayed for five nights in this lovely property. The location is excellent and is a short walk to the many sights and restaurants Melbourne has to offer. We have stayed in many rental apartments but this is one of the most comfortable and best equipped we have ever stayed in. It was lovely to arrive to a welcome basket along with a bottle of bubbly. The rooms are spacious, bright and airy and the terrace is huge. The owner is very welcoming although we kept her waiting while we navigated our way from the airport. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a rental in Melbourne and would definitely stay there if we ever have the opportunity to be back in the area. The location is awesome. The apartment is a very short walk to the CBD, flagstaff gardens, and Queen Victoria market. The deck is huge, and the weather was really warm so I enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings and late in the evenings when I got back. Great place to enjoy city views. The apartment is immaculate, with very comfy king size bed and has a modern kitchen with good appliances, kitchenware etc. There is plenty of space to relax in the lounge. The whole apartment is

We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment. The location is great. It is very close to tram and metro stations and also very walkable to anything in the CBD. The apartment itself is very comfortable, super clean, and loaded with amenities. It has a very large deck with furniture and a barbecue. Val is a fantastic hostess. She greeted us upon arrival and answered any questions we had. She even had a lovely tray of cheese, crackers, fruit, chocolates and a bottle of wine on the table for us when we arrived. Coffee cream for our morning coffee was provided for our convenience. The honesty system for the beer and wine that was in the apartment was very convenient and the cost was extremely reasonable. Val provided everything to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. This apartment was a rare find and if we are ever back in Melbourne, we will definitely stay here again. Great location, lovely host.
Val went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay (with three year old in tow) as easy as possible. The apartment was a great location for easy access into the centre, right by Victoria Market for fab fresh food and a park that was an instant winner with the three year old (and good for possum spotting). Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome, we can’t tell you how much we appreciated the ridiculously early check in and the extras you provided to keep the kid happy. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Melbourne.
Apartment with everything !
Beautiful apartment with every amenity. Excellent location, close to downtown and the trams and trains. Close to excellent restaurants and shopping. Owner was there to greet us and get us situated. We had a wonderful visit to Melbourne.
West Melbourne Gem
Our second stay at Val’s apartment and just as good as the first. So convenient to the city and all the attractions. Great starting point for walks around the city. You can’t beat the nearby Queen Victoria Markets for great food and coffee.
Fantastic appartment with terrace and view.
Val, our host was delightful and helpful. This large appartment, with a very big terrace, offers a beautiful view on a park, as well as city skyscrapers. Most impressive! The apartment is well equiped, both for breakfast and home dining. We were most satisfied!

Val's lovely 2 bed apt is very close to everything you need when visiting Melbourne..just 5-10 mins walk from most things... shopping, the Queen Victoria market, the tram stops, and some lovely restaurants! Val has thought of everything and is a wonderful host...thanks especially for the welcome gift! We stayed for 10 days and if we are able to visit Melbourne again we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
