It consists of villas and single-family houses, all with independent entrance, private terrace or garden and splendid sea view.Moreover, the complex is equipped with internal parking and a splendid swimming pool area overlooking the sea where you can enjoy a suggestive panorama. There are two swimming pools, one with sea water and a second smaller pool with shallow water ideal for children with hydromassage jet. Wi-fi is available in the reception area and pool area.
In this beautiful and large complex overlooking the sea, there is Villetta Palme, a solution that, among others, stands out for the elegance of its large terrace / veranda overlooking the sea furnished with a new and modern sitting room where you can enjoy fresh drinks during the hot summer afternoons. Another veranda, also overlooking the sea, is instead convenient for eating out during the summer evenings, because it has a large table with chairs. Inside, the structure has a large living room with fireplace and in a raised position there is a small kitchen complete with services. The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms, two with sea view and with en suite bathroom.
