About this property

A Casa Rustica built over 150 years ago consisting of ground floor with kitchen/living room, first floor double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and second floor bedroom which sleeps 4 in two adult bunk beds. The house has a pretty lawned garden and terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, Magra River and backing onto the Apennine mountains. It is secluded but in a superb location to access all the area has to offer.

Très jolie vue !

Nous avons été bien reçus chez Anna! La vue depuis la maison est magnifique, et le jardin et terrasse sont très agréables. La maison est bien située pour découvrir la région (Ligurie, Cinque Terre, Toscane, Pise, Lucques). La communication était très fluide et Anna et son frère étaient présents et attentionés. 2 petits points à savoir qui n'étaient pas clairs pour nous dans l'annonce: il n'y a pas d'isolation sonore entre les deux chambres (un escalier sépare les deux chambres mais les deux espaces sont ouverts) et la maison est mitoyenne, avec des voisins très proches quand on est sur la terrasse. Nous recommandons tout de même, pour la vue et l'accueil !

Petite maison cosy et tranquille très bien située pour la découverte de la région.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans la maison d’Anna qui nous a réservé un accueil très attentionné. La maison est agréable et cosy avec une vue dominante magnifique et un joli jardin doté de tous les meubles pour profiter de sa tranquillité. La mitoyenneté de la maison n’est pas un handicap car les voisins sont discrets. Enfin, la maison est très bien située pour découvrir cette magnifique région (Ligurie, Gênes, Cinque Terre, Toscane, Pise, Lucques , Florence...). Un grand merci à Anna pour toutes les indications laissées dans la maison pour tous les aspects pratiques, les bonnes adresses et les visites à faire.

Unfassbar schöne Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und sehr sauber Ausgestattet. Alles dar was man braucht. Die direkte Nähe zum Nachbarn war etwas überraschend.

Tolles Haus mit herrlichem Meeresblick

Wir durften zwei Wochen in Annas wunderschönem und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbringen. Wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen da zur Begrüßung ein kleiner Präsentkorb mit einem handgeschriebenen Brief in der Küche wartete. Das Haus ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen für einen entspannten Urlaub ausgestattet. Auch ist das Haus ein sehr guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge in die Toskana oder auch die ligurische Küste. Sarzana als nächstgelegene Stadt ist sehr sehenswert und jederzeit einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten das Glück Anna auch persönlich kennenzulernen und selten erlebt man so einen liebenswerten und sympathischen Vermieter. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und sagen danke liebe Anna für zwei schöne, erlebnisreiche Wochen in Bella Italia.

I live in South West London with my husband. I run a fashion business and frequently travel to Italy. We have integrated with the locals in Paghezzana, made many friends and love the locality and lifestyle. It is the perfect place to switch off and chill.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with the area and lifestyle many years ago. Paghezzana is a tiny hamlet on a hill side overlooking Sarzana, the sea and the Magra river. Behind us is a national park and the Apennine mountains. Sarzana is a historic walled town with great cafes, bars and restaurants shops and a market. 45 minutes from Pisa airport, there is a lot to do as well as going to the many beaches in the area. Easy access to Cinque Terre by train from Sarzana Station or by boat from Lerici

What makes this property unique

The house has a secluded sun terrace, with umbrellas, sun loungers and bean bags. There is generally a slight cooling breeze. You will need a car to get around. Beaches, marina, golf courses, tennis, vineyards are all close by. Great shops full of local produce. A perfect base for exploring, Portovenere, Lerici, Cinque Terre, Lucca and Florence. We can supply a list of where to go and what to do.
