Een heel huiselijk ruim huis in een sfeervol dorpje!

Je kunt in de omgeving mooi wandelen. Fijn om zo dicht bij de zee te zitten. Vriendelijke mensen. Contact met de verhuurder super fijn.

Loved it!

Cottage was clean, comfortable, well equipped and plenty of room for 8 people plus dogs! The agents were brilliant in helping us with travel difficulties due to a storm on the day of our arrival. Thorpeness is lovely, quiet (although we were out of season) relaxed and we loved the beach. Everyone was friendly. We had a brilliant time and would definitely come back again!

New Years eve

Fire works on the beach was great. Parking could be better at busy times. Front doors keys should be labelled at there are two doors which have old locks easy to snap a key in the lock.

Nice stay with a few small hitches.

Property could do with some maintenance. To name a few - Bath leaked, indoor locks broken, stairs really steep and a head banging hazard (not suitable for elderly or people with mobility issues), parking difficult to get near house (as village so busy) and space behind property only suitable for micro car. Also, the only village store has now become a studio/workshop of some sort so you have to drive out to get any essential groceries. Property needs some money spent on it to get it up to a good standard. Despite this we had a lovely holiday and the location was lovely with some excellent dog walks and attractions nearby.
