Perfect for entertaining, there are multiple large outdoor seating areas, making this an ideal vacation choice for families or couples seeking the idyllic home from home. The master suite with wooden flooring enjoys a beautiful pool view, generous sized walk in closet and massive master bathroom. Two further bedrooms offer queen beds with the fourth bedroom containing twin beds. The rear bedroom enjoys dual aspect views over the pool and the preserve area to the rear with stunning Florida flowers. A fully equipped chef's kitchen is at your disposal, with top quality German and US appliances. Leading from the kitchen is a relaxing family room with huge sectional sofa for relaxing plus a gorgeous chaise. Xfinity enabled TV and high speed internet (fiber to the property) are included. The formal living room is accessed through imposing double entry doors from the front of the house and has marble flooring together with comfortable seating and a stunning view of the lanai and pool. The dining room, which is adjacent has seating for eight people around a dark wood table which will ensure any family gathering is a memorable occasion. This home is truly spectacular, not least because the owners have furnished it with no expense spared but also because it features 12' ceilings throughout, lending a sense of light and space. Easily one of the most impressive homes in University Park Country Club available for rent on an annual or seasonal basis. Absolutely fantastic!

One day back from our vacation and we miss everything about staying at this property! From our first inquiry David’s communication was concise and timely. Instructions on accessing the property and how to operate the many features of this home were crystal clear. A fun get away!

We went for a fun getaway and had a fabulous time. House was spectacular, location was great and host was superb. He was very attentive and helpful with any questions. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Incredible stay

David’s house is absolutely stunning. Emmy husband and I needed extra bedrooms to ensure we could both work from home and have our own space and this had a perfect set-up for it. On top of a stunning living room and pool area, the owner and manager of the home are exceptional. If you’re wondering if this rental is worth the extra dollars I’d say don’t think anymore and book this place... you won’t be disappointed!

You will instantly fall in love with the position of this home on the 1st fairway of University Park's award winning golf course. As you enter the home, you will feel an enormous sense of light and space. As you see through to the lanai and pool area you will be overwhelmed by the relaxing outdoor seating areas and the wonderful view to the golf course.

What makes this property unique

This home has the most amazing swimming pool with a raised sun deck. The lanai is generously sized making it ideal for outdoor eating and family gatherings. Indoors, the home totals more than 3400 sq ft with 12' ceilings throughout giving it the most amazing feeling of space and light.
