About Gina D'Angelo
The Stamp family have been here in Bude four generations. Munster Cottage was first bought by Sir Laurance Dudley-Stamp. The present owner is his grandson, Jonathan Stamp whose career had kept him away from his home town of Bude for many years, travelling the world on cruise ships performing his solo juggling, unicycling, comedy show! He has since reduced his time away by performing only on european cruises, flying out for only a few days at a time to join ships at ports mid cruise. So he can now have more time with his new family, fiancé Gina and baby Siena who joined them in 2013! Jonathan has spent the past 10 years maintaining Munster Cottage and Ebbingford, adapting the beautiful manor to accommodate a delightfully romantic & interesting self-catering holiday let as well as providing a secluded home for his family.
Gina D'Angelo purchased this House in 1950
Why Gina D'Angelo chose Bude
Munster Cottage is owned by Jonathan Stamp, whose family have owned it for three generations now. Jonathan loved growing up here and since travelling the world with his career and living 8 years in Hawaii, Bude was still where he dreamt of settling and bringing up his family. Being a keen surfer, having Summerleaze beach right there, with it's good reputation for surf is a huge bonus and having stunning coastal walks right on our doorstep is a joy. Bude is a lovely small town with more Cornish attractions not far away, Clovelly, Boscastle, Tintagel Castle, Rock & Padstow just 30 minute drives away.

Just had a weeks stay and it was fantastic. Fabulous house in a fabulous location. Many days at the beach. Bude is such a lovely place with great little shops and cafes. Did not want to leave. We shall be going back next year!!!
Excellent week at Munster Cottage
The property was a good size for six people. Munster cottage was well appointed with everything we needed for a great holiday.
Munster cottage the perfect location
Our stay was very comfortable. The house was spacious bright and clean. Unfortunately we need to use the central heating due to the weather being wet and windy. A perfect location for a beach holiday.
It was very nice and relaxing weather was not very nice but made the best of its
What a super place :)
The location of this roomy house is just fantastic. Everything was within easy distance, shops, bars and restaurants, and the walks from the front door were just fabulous. The decking allowed us to enjoy our gin and tonics whilst watching the surfers in the sunshine - heaven.
It is an 'older' type of property but to us that was just part of its charm. It was comfortable and warm.
We had a small problem with the patio doors and the owner came round and fixed it straight away. Easy!
There were no problems with getting access to the house and we would definitely stay there again.
BIRDS EYE VIEWS
You certainly get as good views from Munster cottage as all the lovely birds flying around the sky there magic
