We have completely renovated this apartment in a loft spirit, bringing maximum comfort for your stay (cable TV, Hifi, DVD player, wireless internet, dishwasher and washing machine, induction hob, multifunction oven and microwave, large shower cubicle, heated towel rail, electric heating, separate wc, large 160 x 200 bed) but also retaining the character of old exposed beam buildings. We provide bed and bathroom linen, cleaning products and tea towel.
In an old building on the edge of Ecusson and the pedestrian area, comprising only 5 apartments, including that of the second occupied by a law firm, the building is peaceful, on the ground floor a brasserie open only for lunch from Monday to Saturday, good value for money.
Entire home, we do not live on site.

We provide travelers with documentation on the city and the region of Montpellier, a city map, a selection of restaurants, etc.
We welcome you upon your arrival and remain available to provide you with all the information you need for your stay.
The Gambetta district
All local shops including local products and firsts, cheese, caterer, bakery, and convenience stores, restaurants, gym, opera, cinema, historic center, shopping ... close. Every morning market at the foot of the building. Ideal for enjoying the city and visiting the region, you can also reach the beaches from the foot of the building using line 3 of the Tramway.

Transport
The train station 10 mins walk, the tram at the foot of the building (L 3), and to park your car Parking Gambetta.
Whether you come to Montpellier by plane, train or car, you can easily reach your holiday resort and then enjoy Montpellier on foot and reach the beaches. We can advise a car rental company or a taxi company if necessary.
Our apartment is listed furnished with 3-star tourism.

Respect for places and neighbors. Non smoking apartment. We ask our guests to clean the kitchen and sanitary area, empty the dishwasher and undo the beds before returning the keys. Cleaning products are available to them. An inventory is made at the entrance and at the exit. We leave a booklet in the apartment with all the instructions for electrical appliances.
