8 kilometers from Guadalest, one of the most charming towns in the country.

The house consists of:
- 5 bedrooms (two rooms with an extra bed, and we also have TWO FREE CUNS) three full bathrooms (two en suite) and a toilet. There is also a toilet in the pool and barbecue area.

- Table tennis in the garden and pool table in the house.
- Anti-mosquito nets in the windows.
- Air conditioning for cold and heat.
- The kitchen-dining room is equipped with TV and also a fireplace.

The owner who is responsible for the maintenance of the pool, garden and services of the house lives in the same farm in a separate apartment.

Family celebration holiday

Just returned from a fantastic week stay at this gorgeous house.its a lovely spanish home,and lots of outside spaces.there was 12 in our party (8 adults,2 young children 1 infant 1baby)the house is large with 5 bedrooms 1 of which is a suite.large kitchen with literally everything you would ever need and more with 2 fridge/freezers dishwasher microwave and a laundry room with washing machines.plenty of seating for eating. living room with lots of seating and a pool table.there is also a lovely sunny balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful view of the village of polop and mountains.the swimming pool is fantastic and a lovely space to spend the day.next to the pool is a lovely building which is the outdoor kitchen.this again is so well equiped with american fridge/freezer bbq and all utensils/pots/pans and tableware.also a very large dining table under a canopy.we ate here several nights cooking on the bbq. The house is situated just up from polop and is so peaceful.there is a supermarket a short walk down the hill and a little further into the older parts of town.we didnt go onto benidorm but its only a 10 minutes taxi away.we went to calpe a lovely place and a 25minute taxi through lovely scenery costing €35. The hosts tina and julio where very helpful even picking us up one day from the supermarket when we phoned them to book us a taxi.they do live onsite but only saw them few timesbut always there to help.will be returning hopefully to thislovelyplace

Fantastic Villa

We stayed at the Villa as a group of 10. The villa provides more than enough space, it was immaculate and everything you'd need is provided. The hosts communication was excellent on the lead up to the holiday and they were there to meet us on arrival. They even took us to the local store for our first shop. The Dia store is only a 5 minute walk but the lift to and from enabled us to get settled in quickly. I 100% recommend the villa and hope to return again.

Schönes Haus und toller Garten

Wir waren mit 9 Personen in Urlaub. Wir wurden sehr nett von den Eigentümer empfangen und sie waren sehr hilfreich beim Fragen. Wir wohnten in einem großen, schön eingerichtetes Haus. Der Swimmingpool war sehr sauber und gut. Das Haus hatte eine große Küche und man konnte im Garten sehr gut grillen. Am Pool war noch eine gut eingerichtete Außenküche. Im Garten konnte man Tischtennis und Dart spielen. Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Kaufmann in der Nähe und gute Wandermöglichkeiten.

Absolutely Fabulous Villa in a beautiful location

We stayed for four weeks during August 2018 as a party of nine people. On arrival the owners gave us a warm welcome, were extremely helpful and very friendly throughout our stay. The villa is very well equipped and spacious, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the grounds are beautiful with plenty of shady spots to relax. The Villa,pool and surrounding areas were kept very clean and tidy throughout our stay. Polop is a pretty village and easy to get to as are numerous local beaches. We are definitely going to book again and would recommend for a villa holiday.

Fabulous Villa in a lovely residential area.

We were a group of 9 staying in this lovely villa. The owners were extremely helpful right from booking. They were accommodating and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. The Villa is set in large gardens with a swimming pool. Hammocks in shaded areas were great. There is a Sun house with fridge/ freezer which was brilliant for keeping the wine chilled to have by the pool. The Villa itself was large and clean with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and a balcony overlooking the garden and pool. Also had Wi-Fi and Air Con. It is a short walk away from the Supermarket and local bars and about 10 mins in Taxi to Benidorm. We would recommend this Villa for both groups of friends and families.
