Villa Briseide is a characteristic and welcoming two-story apartment that is part of a villa situated at a few steps from a sandy beach. It sleeps six people. From Villa Briseide you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. Villa Briseide is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features direct access to the beach and to the sea, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Marina di Ascea, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 450 meters (500 yards), a grocery store at 900 meters (985 yards) and the beach at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet). You will reach Villa Briseide walking past a main entrance gate and without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Briseide you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a beach. You will reach it from the villa without having to climb any steps. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. The access to the sea is shared with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The facilities are available from the beginning of July until the end of August.

Patio
The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of the sea.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden by a curtain), an iron and an ironing board. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom living room through an access area.
First FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid sea green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
