3br vacation home in Surfside Beach!
About Jennifer Finn-Miller
Hey folks! My name is Jennifer, and I have the amazing pleasure of working in the hospitality industry! For over 24 years, I've been with our Management Company, Vacation Resorts International (VRI). I started working for them in New Bern, North Carolina and through the years, I've been blessed with living in Southern California, Southern Texas, and now beautiful Utah - all with this amazing company. I am currently working for Multi Resorts Ownership Plan, Inc. (MROP), who is managed by VRI. MROP is a timeshare group designed to allow its members to vacation at over 35 properties located in the Continental United States, Hawaii and Mexico. In these locations, we either own the condos outright, or our organization owns several weeks of timeshare at some of these resorts for our members to use. My job is to help our organization rent any unused space throughout the year. I love my job and what I do, and I would be honored to work with you on your next vacation!
Why Jennifer Finn-Miller chose Myrtle Beach
Country Club Villas is a wonderful resort timeshare property. The staff there take excellent care of our Owners and Guests, and provide them with very clean accommodations and outstanding customer service. The resort is only 1 mile away from Surfside Beach. For more info about the area, check out www.visitsurfsidebeach.com.
What makes this Villa unique
Depending on your budget, family size and preferences, renting a vacation home over a hotel room or suite for your next family vacation is entirely a personal decision. The convenience of cooking can be cost effective for families on a budget vs spending money every day eating out. Space, space, and more space. On average, a vacation home gives you more than 1,300 square feet in which to stretch out, unwind, and enjoy. By comparison, hotel rooms are virtual shoeboxes with an average of just 325 square feet. :) Vacation homes are almost always more affordable than hotels. Take Maui, for example. The average nightly rate for a hotel room in the Hawaiian paradise is $270 not including taxes.2 A vacation home on the island averages $346.3 Yes, it’s a wee bit more, but remember how much more space you’ll be getting. Factor in the cost of eating out three times a day, and a vacation home with a fully-equipped kitchen can be a significantly better value!

Had to be moved from the 1st unit as the AC repairman could not respond til the next day and the AC did not work. It was 80 degrees upon arrival and after adjusting the thermostat it was 81 degrees an hour later. The 2nd unit was clean and cool; however, the 2nd night we discovered a visitor - a large roach. Atter much hair spray and a BIG stomp it was no longer a problem. Also, the toilet did not flush without adjusting the ball & chain in the tank. Perfect location though for shopping and beaching it!
Neat & Tidy
While there were some disappoinments as were told certain things were on the property were actually not
Our property manager was very quick to respond to me & made me feel she truly cared
The place was perfect size for us - kitchen cooking items were slim but I made it work
Short walk to the pool
Short easy drive to the beach
Thank you SO much for your patience and understanding. I was under the impression that the resort had the basketball court and thus why it was on our listing. I appreciate you working with me on this, and I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed the rest of your stay! I hope to have you back as our guest again in the future.
Through our stay, the bathrooms, and kitchen was full of roaches, it was very uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well, affraid of infestations
Thank you for taking time to review your vacation with us, and I deeply apologize for this issue. I don't know if you notified the resort Front Desk, but I will do so immediately just in case. This is the first time we're hearing this about this property, so we'll be sure to talk with on site Management!
I really enjoyed my vacation. The home away was very nice , comfortable, relaxing. Me and my family will return. Just so relaxing.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our vacation rental listing. I know your time is valuable. I am so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay, and the surrounding area. I hope that you’ll think of us next time if you decide to visit the area again.
