Marina Bella Holiday Villa ‘Home from home’ with fantastic spacious terraces, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa is fully-furnished with everything you need accommodating up to 6 people. Spacious dining area and living area where you can enjoy quality family time, an ample equipped kitchen, enjoy alfresco dining from the many terraces, with scented jasmine perfuming the air, and sunsets. From the dining area leads you out to the patio with sea views and private pool area with sun loungers. TV, satellite channels, BBQ area on the front patio and there is plenty to keep you entertained at home, with the added bonus of more to do right on your doorstep. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom, with en-suite and balcony with stunning sea views. Two further twin-bedrooms, and roof terrace where you can happily enjoy a meal or a few drinks and watch the scenery change colors as the sun goes by. In the hotel opposite there is a spa, gym, Turkish bath open to the public. The villa has parking. 250m from the sea, shops. Regular bus service to Nerja.

3 bed villa with private pool and sea views: Nerja A popular resort, readily accessible from Malaga and its international airport, with motorway access to within a mile of the town center. Less than a five minute drive into Nerja town, or a regular bus service right outside the urbanization can take you into Nerja town, if you did not want to use the promenade. Nestling in the foothills of the mountains, the old town, with its narrow, cobbled streets, offers a more relaxed holiday from that found in the big resorts further along the coast. With small picturesque bays, the famous 'Balcon de Europa' promenade, numerous small shops, bars and restaurants, and its wonderful all year round climate, Nerja has something for all seasons, especially for families and the more mature holiday maker, walkers, cycle-rs and suits both leisurely relaxing holidays plus active holidays. Local Excursions The Nerja Caves, one of Spain's biggest tourist attractions, are well worth a visit. A extensive network of fascinating underground caverns with the World's biggest stalactites, plus an auditorium and stage where the annual music and arts festival takes place. The pretty mountain village of Frigiliana less than 10 min drive. Granada's Alhambra Palace, Ronda & Seville are ideal days out for culture and shops

Wonderful stay.

We were a party of 5 and had a lovely week at this villa. Communication with Gillian was very good and she answered our questions in a promt and professional manner. There was plenty of room inside and out for all of us and the pool was a real bonus. I would say that the property is a little tired, but it no way inpacted our experience and I think the very resonable price reflects that. I would happily stay here again. Two of our group weren't flying back until the eveving and were very kindly allowed to have use of the villa for the day which was really wonderful. All in all, we've had a great week. Thank you.

Lovely area

We enjoyed our 10 night stay at the villa. The arrival and check-out process with the key safe worked well. We got the address in advance of our arrival and any messages to the owner while we were there were dealt with quickly. Loved the area and being so close to the beach and an easy bus ride into town. We had some lovely early morning runs along the sea-front and back. Villa is a little tired and the kitchen wasnt very well equipped but i think it reflected the reasonable price we paid. The outside space didn't look quite like the photos and we had to move the table and chairs to various points to get shade for eating out. Love the pool but the filter seemed to give up working after a few days and it did get very mucky untill the pool cleaner came. We went onto the roof terrace once but its very basic up there with no furniture and there was old beer cans. Villa felt very spacious inside and AC worked well in the main bedroom. The ensuite bathroom really could do with the shower head fixing to the wall rather then having to hold it. We would definitely return to Nerja the town is lovely and the Oasis restaurant close to the villa was nice.

Lovely Location

We were very pleased with the location of the property, there’s a shop over the road for essentials and Lidl is about a 30 minute walk away, however there is a bus into Nerja that stops right outside Carrefour, which is great. The bus is great, it’s a euro each way for adults and children. The property size was great, the things that let it down are that it needs a bit of TLC. Nothing major but things like the shower in the en-suite bathroom was broken. Paint flaking off round the wall with the air-con. There were quite a number of ants but easily sorted, as we cleaned the drawers, cupboards of food. Pool was great. The sunbeds could’ve been cleaned. Only four sunbeds and there were six of us. None of this distracted from us having a lovely time. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants in Nerja, booking as advised as they fill up quickly. There is a market in Nerja, not as good as some we have been to. Air-con would be great in all the bedrooms, there are fans in the smaller bedrooms but worth thinking if all your party need them.

Purchasing the villa in 2005, we realized Nerja was such a beautiful location to spend time with your family, the friendly atmosphere, people, and gorgeous setting was what we enjoyed about Nerja the most. The small quaint streets to shop, the famous Balcon de Nerja, and the Nerja Caves are a must to see. The small town of Frigiliana also captured up with its beautiful views. We realized a villa in Nerja is perfect for ourselves and for our guests alike and we hope you enjoy your holidays in Marinas de Nerja Villas.

Why they chose this property

This 3 bedroom villa with private pool is comfortable, very easy to maintain and best of all, is in a fantastic location, and that is why I love it so much. It is rare to find a villa within such an easy distance, plus all flat walking to the beach, as most of Nerja is very hilly. Nerja is a beautiful town, and I love the spot we have to the West of it, as is is peaceful and quiet, and is just so easy to stroll along the beach or many a time we have taken our bikes along Playazo beach into Nerja. There are shops and restaurants and buses, which always makes it a convenient location.

What makes this property unique

Flat stroll to beach. No uphill walks to contend with, as Playazo beach is just a couple of minutes stroll. This beach is flat, perfect for hiring bikes and walking, plus there are childrens play areas and gym equipped dotted along the beach. There are beautiful sea views from the master bedroom terrace and upper terraces. These little things have made Marina Bella unique to me.
