Downtown Truckee - close to all the major ski resorts

This brand new home has everything that you could ever ask for! The location is just perfect, situated close to Downtown Truckee, all the major ski resorts, the park across the street, the skate park and the Truckee Amphitheatre that has free music every Wednesday night in the summer! When you first walk into this gorgeous home you will walk into the mud room, there are two bedrooms downstairs with a queen in one and double bunks in the other. As you walk up the stairs you walk into the great room that is open and bright. The kitchen and master are also on the second level. This home has an open floorplan with room for everyone. The kitchen is completely set up for the chef of the family! There is a deck off of the dining area for those nice sunny Tahoe summer days! This is definitely the place you want to call home when you are away from yours and in the mountains!

We are open for discussions on ski leases from December through April.

Fantastic spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is located close to downtown, very well stocked and cozy, and well maintained. The owner checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is peaceful. Wifi is also excellent. Highly recommend Mark's house!

Beautiful property, amazing experience!

My girlfriend and our dog spent a month here to enjoy the peaceful Truckee life while our apartment in SF was being worked on, and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The house is beautiful and spacious, and weather-permitting, you won't want to leave the upper porch with its great view of the meadow (and the occasional bear that you'll see, much less scary from two floors up!). The neighborhood is serene and our dog loved walking around it, and you're a very short walk away from a great trail walk along the river. Mark was a perfect host, he was extremely responsive whenever anything came up, great to talk to, and keeps the house well stocked with the basics and in excellent condition. One of our favorite vacations ever, we will definitely be coming back next time we want to get away from the city for a bit!
