Loved it
Layout was a bit cramped for the amount of people we had, beds were not super comfortable and all the steps were crazy steep but I'd take all that for how immaculately clean this place was! Hot tub was great too. All in all we had a great time.

Fantastic cabin!
This is a lovely cabin and we enjoyed our stay with 2 grade school kids and grandparents. Amenities were minimal, soap, towels, kitchen staples, but the cabin was well maintained and comfortable.

Frustrating stay- Communication Issues and Home Lacking Upkeep
The cabin was clean & the home itself is nice, but things are not up to par with a comfortable stay. The biggest issue was the communication barrier between us and the host & property manager. I messaged prior to check in after seeing a concerning review. The host messaged back that “was a guest that said that because they want free vacation.Guest sometimes are not a good people” When we’d tell about an issue during our stay(broken toilet seat, stripped knobs on grill & no gas that it was said there was a start supply of, fireplace not working, many fire alarms missing from walls, & not enough washcloths for each guest to have 1-only 4 in the cabin) the replies we’d get were along the lines that the cabin was “brand new” (it’s not) and “perfect” and that the manager is there to help “24/7”. He came out once to light the pilot light of the fireplace and it worked for 30 min. before being unable to turn on again. Was supposed to come the next day but we received no resolutions to the issues or communication that he tried to come. The kitchen is missing essential items you’d expect like food storage containers and pots/pans that don’t leave black nonstick coating flecks in food because they’re so scratched. The mattresses are hard and need updating. The living room furniture only seats 4 people and kitchen only 6-not enough space for a gathering of your whole group to spend time together. All in all, we spent over $2K only to go without several amenities that were in the listing.

Cabin has mold/not worth money/property manager barely communicates to handle issues
I rented this cabin for my parents 52nd anniversary. It was a nightmare from the time we checked in. We always check out the cabin when we arrive to make sure it is not damaged or have bugs. We first found the fridge broken..useable but broken. Freezer was full of frost and ice maker unusable without defrosting. Then the dishwasher was broken with piece laid inside/also full of black mold. The toilet in lowest floor was leaking. The vents on main floor full of mold..which is unsafe to breathe. I emailed the property manager..she didn’t answer. They gave me no number..no real email..just on VRBO ap. So finally she answers and says nothing is wrong with her cabin. That her man Carlos and the housekeeper would come next day. I asked her to have them call me..or her to speak with them or give us a heads up they were coming. Nothing..no call or email. Then Carlos and housekeeper came. He threw the part outside..and said it was fine. He had housekeeper clean the mold. So she put a cleaner inside an ran it…then left. Had to get her back because it leaked all over kitchen(which I am sure is where the mold came from). Again we never used the dishwasher..both of her people did. They both took pics of mold..as did I. Then came nasty messages from property manager again that nothing was wrong..there was no mold. So we tried to enjoy our vacation..kinda hard when Everytime you move ..something else went wrong. Fireplace..also don’t work. Don’t rent

Lovely but slightly tight for 8 ppl
We loved our stay at this property. Everything was clean and taken care of. The only critique I have is the place is tight for 8 ppl. Especially, the main seating area. But other than that, everything else was lovely.

With the help of my friend and family I found this mountain with a land and exellent vegetation, Birds Eye View and decided to build 3 cabins ,called SWEET HUMMINBIRD,FALCONS NEST AND EAGLE DREAM,who are my pride .

After much work and effort ,to make it a wonderful place to share with family and Friends.

Nothing better to spend good time !
Enjoy .

Why they chose this property

We purchase in 2012 this private mountain, where we build 3 cabins which are , "SWEET HUMMINGBIRD " VRBO #821696, “FALCONS NEST VRBO #821888, “EAGLES DREAM VRBO#821889.Have panoramic sitting high on the mountain.
It's great location to everything, Shopping, Hiking, Great Smoky Mountains, Dinner Shows. You could be there for a week and do something different and new every day.
We have tried to provide our guests the opportunity to stay in our cabins for wedding events and family reunions. Providing side by side cabins offers togetherness and privacy at the same time.

What makes this property unique

The benefits that I enjoy most are the beautiful mountain views, hiking in the woods and the quiet setting. The cabins are located on a small country road with just an occasional car passing by, which is a real treat for someone who lives in one of the most heavily populated areas , easy access to all of the amenities offered by Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, yet located in a secluded, heavily wooded, quiet area with beautiful mountain views.
Our cabin has a cozy warm feeling to it with comfort being our biggest priority.
