Most Beautiful Beach Ever!

We absolutely loved it. Perfectly comfortable and functional apartment with lots of room in the coolest spot in Cancun. Truly amazing beach and private pool area, with relaxed and happy locals. You can Uber to the touristy places if you must but you could happily live in the apartment with fresh food from the supermarket across the street and watch the sunset across the street at El Fisherman. The property manager helped us with everything we needed. We made lots of friends who come to this spot every year and we look forward to coming back.

Great Location

Great Spot

We tried the Villas Marlin as an experiment rather than an All Inclusive. It was a short stay which made it manageable. Grocery store (Soriana) is located across the street in Plaza Kukulcan. Being with 4 kids made it a challenge to “provide” for them; cooking meals etc. . But the accommodation was perfect and Fernando was an excellent communicator:)

Nice Place

This was a nice place. Check-in was a breeze, and our family of eight stayed here comfortably. Having the grocery store across the street was very convenient. And we loved our time at the beach and pool.

The location was great.... steps from the beach. The pools were awesome. Only one small complaint... really not that big of a deal... the elevator was down for a couple of days.

We live in the Villas Marlin complex year round in another villa, so we will be your onsite hosts and will be there to answer any questions you have and to make you stay more pleasant.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we live in the same complex, so it is easier for us to manage and rent it. also this gives the guest more confidence because the guest knows that we live on site and can attend to him when ever he needs. We also own another villa here in Villas Marlin. Villa #221

What makes this property unique

We love the location of Villas Marlin because it is right on the beach and has many things near by like malls, restaurants, movie theaters and recently a grocery store. Villas Marlin is very calm and everybody is very friendly.
