Bright seafront bungalow overlooking the Aeolian Islands, just 5 km from the magnificent beach of Castel di Tusa, located on a hill 300 m above sea level. L.M. and immersed in an ancient olive grove.
We are located between the Nebrodi and Madonie Park in the middle of the Fiumara D'arte, just 500 meters from the 38th parallel Pyramid.

This project was born from a sincere desire to live an eco-sustainable life experience with total respect for nature.
Those who choose to share this experience with us will stay on a hill facing the sea with a view of the Aeolian Islands.

All the energy we need is produced in a "green" way thanks to the sun and the wind with a hybrid system built in self-construction.
Furthermore, through continuous monitoring of resources, we are able to optimize all consumption.
We produce on our own and in an organic way, almost all the food we consume.
We have learned to recycle, transform and reuse many of the materials that are normally called waste.
All these solutions, which we have decided to adopt as a lifestyle, allow us to have a significant saving of money and a minimal impact on the surrounding environment.

Build tools and utensils using mainly recycled or recovered materials on site.
Try your hand at light "do it yourself" (DIY, gifts, gadgets, key rings, etc.).
Try your hand at medium "do it yourself" (mechanical, hydraulic, electricity, etc.).
Try your hand at heavy "do it yourself" (carpentry, welding, metal forging).
Prepare with us sauces, jams, preserves and long and medium conservation products.
Learn to prepare (and taste) typical dishes of the Sicilian and Emilian tradition.
Access our personal library (paper and digital) with a varied theme.
Building, experimenting and "playing" with self-made "alternative" energy projects.
Or simply laze around.

We offer hospitality, friendliness, education and respect in the hope that it will be mutual.
Upon arrival, guests must provide an identity document, a copy of which will be sent to the competent authorities as required by Italian law.
- DURING YOUR STAY YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE (compulsory): In no way contaminate / pollute / soil the surrounding environment with any type of waste (specific containers will be made available). Light fires or use open flames outside permitted spaces without authorization. Smoking or using open flames inside the bungalow. Adopt behaviors that disturb peace and the surrounding natural balance.

We use green technology and we are mostly self sufficient:
"Home made" Wind and Solar Hybrid System for our energy supply.
We produce our own organically grown food.
We recycle at the best most of the waste we produce.
Reaping the benefits of a low-cost life-style, while also minimalizing our impact on the environment.

DURING YOUR STAY YOU WILL NOT (required):
In no way contaminate, pollute, litter the environment with any type of waste (Recycling containers will be made available).
Light fires or use naked flames outside the designated area without permission.
Smoking and the use of naked flame inside the bungalow.
Engage in conducts which disturb the quiet and the natural balance of your surroundings.
