Beautifully decorated and furnished two bedroom, two bathroom condo located within walking distance of Fashion Square Mall, Old Town Scottsdale, Museums, right beside the Arizona canal, Camelback Mtn and numerous biking and walking trails.

Nearby amenities includes, restaurants, Fashion Square, spring training MLB, tennis, golf, biking, hiking, Safeway within walking distance....everything you need for your Arizona vacation! 50 restaurants within a 5 minute radius of the unit.

This is one of the best locations in Scottsale! Everything is withing walking distance of this condo. Unit has wireless wifi, new furniture throughout all to enjoy your Arizona experience.

Both bathrooms were completed renovated in 2014. Grounds are well maintained and there are two pools, hot tub, BBQ's, streams and fountains throughout the property.

Great time in Scottsdale!

Enjoyed our time at the Scottsdale condo, Alan was great to rent from, condo is well stocked with everything you may need and the location was perfect. Walking distance to everything!

Great condo and great location

We loved our two week stay at the condo which is very clean and nicely decorated and stocked with all our needs. The surrounding are well cared for and the location is great; close to shopping ,walking ,and biking trails along the canal.The owner is very cooperative, prompt to respond and easy to deal with .The weather was sooooo nice. We would love to return Thanks again

Great Place!

We stayed several times. The place is very clean. And very comfy. The homeowner is very nice and easy to communicate with. The grounds are very well taken care of. 2 big pools and a hot tub. Minutes away from old town Scottsdale. Close to Camel Back Mountain. Great location and looking forward to staying there again.

My parents have had a condo in this complex since 1988 and we have loved visiting them every year so much we bought a unit ourselves in 2011. We visit Phoenix 2-3 times a year and love everything that the city of Phoenix has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Have looked at other properties over the years but the location, the well kept grounds of our condo and the convenience of all the nearby amenities have always stopped us from looking anywhere else. With or without a car, this location is one of the best areas in Scottsdale for visitors!

What makes this property unique

Our unit has been completely renovated and updated with brand new furnishings not long after we bought it. It is an ideal unit for 2 couples of a group up to 5. 1050 sq feet and located at the back of the complex gives those staying there a quiet vacation overlooking a fountain, well maintained grounds and a view of Camelback Mtn.
