I've rented quite a few properties through VRBO and this one is absolutely our new favorite! The layout is ideal, the fireplace is an enjoyable feature, the spa tub is fantastic, the decor is fun....... it's just a great place. The property manager is awesome! She's so easy to work with and she's so helpful.
Cooper Landing Experience
The property was actually better than described. The communication was excellent with the agent. We were very comfortable. The property was central located so it gave us easy access to Homer and Seward. Even though it was close to the road you felt like you were in the mountains. We would certainly recommend it to our friends.
Exceptional rental, unique and beautiful home

Very nice property and property manager was excellent
Best place to stay in Cooper Landing
The house and location could not have been better, almost equidistant from all the towns on Kenai Peninsula. Best vacation yet!
Cooper Landing is centrally located in the heart of the Kenai Peninsula, nestled in the Kenai Mountains along the banks of Kenai Lake and the mightly turquoise Kenai River. The community is surrounded by impressive mountainous wilderness designated as both the Chugach National Forest and the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge. Our year-round population is about 300 people, but in the summer it becomes a booming community of seasonal attractions, centered on the sportfishery but also famous for its hundreds of miles of quality hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as its easy proximity to Seward, Soldotna/Kenai, Girdwood/Portage/Whittier, and even Homer. If you are planning a multi-day adventure on the Kenai Peninsula, Cooper Landing is the perfect place to hang your hat - it puts you in the heart of it all!
