The duplex is located in the residential neighborhood of Majada Marcial in Puerto del Rosario very close to the ring road and the Fuerteventura Bus Station and 6 kms from Fuerteventura Airport. It is a residential environment that has a children's playground and recreation area. 3 km away is Playa Blanca, a beautiful beach with sand dunes and only 30 minutes walk. Playa Chica is also an urban beach of blonde sand with a solarium 1.5 km away. We also offer you the airport-duplex transfer service.
It is ideal for 6 people and is cozy for a good holiday. Its position in the middle of the island is a good option to know the North and South and you can find cheaper prices in the stay and in the purchase of food and gifts.
It has 2 double bedrooms, the master bedroom with 1 king size bed of 1.80x1.90, double bedroom with two queen size beds of 135x1.80, Living room with a double sofa bed, Separate kitchen, 1 bathroom, Patio, Terrace and laundry. It has a 32 '' LED TV and WIFI and INTERNATIONAL TV CHANNELS. Sheets, shower towels, beach towels and kitchen utensils are offered. It has 2 sun loungers on the terrace to enjoy our privileged climate and to get away from stress.
In summer the sun reaches the ground floor and the whole patio. In winter the sun reaches the first floor terrace.
