Most all of the comforts of home :-)
The owners of this VBRO really thought of everything. The kitchen was well stocked, the washer and dryer worked like a dream, comfortable beds and everything was newly updated. My husband and I were staying in town for a business project and this little house/duplex was so much nicer and more private than staying in a hotel. If we have another project in Sacramento we would definitely stay here again. Tonia, the owner, was very nice and helpful, we highly recommend her and her rental!
Easy access when arriving and leaving. Hwy. 80 was less than a mile away. It was a 15 minute drive to the Railroad Museum in Sacramento and 15 minutes to visit our relatives north and south of Sacramento.
Close to restaurants, groceries and Costco. The only negatives were the backyard was not landscaped and the shower was difficult to turn on.
Our host, Tania was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.
Lovely home. Nice to have a backyard for our dog to run free. All appliances were functional and new. Coffee was supplied and a coffee maker was available. Easy access to both freeways. Garage was available, but too low for our vehicle with luggage rack. The neighbors I met and talked with were quite friendly. All five nights we spent were very quiet as well. Host was also able and willing to accommodate our earlier arrival. Emails were timely.
Very welcoming and comfortable.
This home was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find. It had been recently remodeled and the furnishings were all new. Beautifully decorated and we couldn't have asked for a better hostess as Tonia was pleasant and professional and very accommodating with anything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked including Starbucks coffee for the coffeemaker! We felt we had our privacy and felt right at home here. We were close to shopping, gas stations, coffe shops, restaurants, post office. We would definitely recommend this particular property and Tonia has other properties as well and we won't hesitate to book with her again.
Great place to stay
Just outside of the city center and freeway close this was a great place to stay and visit all the downtown attraction. Appeared to be recently rehabbed with nice furnishing, cable TV and internet and a well stocked kitchen. We where even able to park in the garage to keep our car cool on warm days. About the only bad things I could say is they could use a light in the backyard (other than the patio light) and the dishwasher seemed to be missing it's silverware basket. Would defiantly stay again.
Good place for a short-term stay
My family and I stayed here while house-hunting for our move to Sacramento. It was clean and relatively quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to I-80. Owners were responsive to our questions and the transaction was smooth and easy. Would recommend for folks looking to save over paying for two hotel rooms.
Property is conveniently located within minutes of Interstate 80 for easy commuting!
