About this property

Comfortable and cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with large shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the bathroom just in front of the entrance door, with bathtub. The living-dining room is comfortable and comes out onto a delightful terrace overlooking the communal area with lawn and pool, there is a small sea view. The urbanization has private security 24 hours with entrance gate. The apartment is minutes from supermarket and 6 minutes walk to the beach, promenade, restaurants, very close to the great atmosphere of Marbella Marina, just 5 minutes drive from the famous Puerto Banus. Lovely 10 day holiday

We stayed here for 10 days in the summer and it was everything we hoped for. The location is ideal for everything and the apartment is very well equipped. We were met by Pilar who explained everything and was very friendly and patient. Nothing was too much trouble even when I locked us out of the apartment by mistake Pilar was fantastic.
