It is accessed from Via Crispi, via a short, slightly uphill pedestrian lane. In the same Via Crispi, near the structure, there is a bus-shuttle stop which, with a 20-minute ride, leads to the renowned beaches of Canneto (1.7 km away), Porticello and Acquacalda. The shuttle bus stop to reach other interesting places on the island is in front of the hydrofoil dock, 400 meters from the villa.
Within a radius of 200 meters are bar, laundry, rotisserie / sandwiches, motorbike / car / boat rental. In the stretch of sea in front there are floating pontoons for mooring and storage of dinghies and small boats. Wi-Fi connection available for free.
The apartment in object, with 2 rooms, is situated in the ground floor (in the first floor of the same villa there is a unit with 3 rooms). It is facing the sea and is surrounded by a panoramic terrace overlooking the bay of Lipari and, on the opposite side, the garden and the hills behind. It has two bedrooms with double bed. Kitchen-living room complete with accessories; an additional bed can be inserted in it. A bathroom with a shower. Each room and kitchen have direct access from both the corridor and the large panoramic terrace, which surrounds the entire apartment. This partly covered terrace is equipped with a table and chairs on the seafront side and on the side. The garden is adjacent to the terrace.
