Located between the sea and the mountains, this is a recently renovated semi-detached house, with two bedrooms both with double beds and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a large living room with sofa and TV and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and washing machine and dishwasher.

On the terrace at the rear, with a panoramic view over the region, where the view reaches the sea, you can enjoy relaxing evenings. Outside there are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, a private covered garage and a barbecue area. The entire outdoor area is for shared use with another apartment.

Located right in the heart of the Algarve, Parragil, a place in the municipality of Loulé, offers the tranquility of a village outside mass tourism.
With good accessibility, just 3 km from the A22, Parragil is the ideal place for those who prefer a peaceful holiday and contact with the people of the Algarve.

Nice and clean

The apartment is one half of a two-apartment house. It's clean and well equipped, well suited for 4 people. The double beds are not very large (140 cm) for two people and the mattresses are rather hard, but that seems to be the case everywhere in Portugal. Nice and large terrace with parasol and 4 wooden chairs and table, but no deckchairs. Beautiful view over the valley, and sea further away, though the view is somewhat spoilt by electric wires. No evening sun at the terrace, the sun has then turned to the front of the house. Small unheated clean pools, with deckchairs, parasols and enough space around. It's a pity there are no stairs from the terrace directly to the pool, you now have to walk around to get there. We were glad we only had neighbors for two nights, because the walls are thin so the house is rather noisy. You definitely need a car since it is rural area, even a supermarket is a few km away. Overall a nice apartment, but a bit overpriced considering the location.
