Two storey cottage with large and cozy living room-sitting room and small garden in very quiet village. For a relaxing holiday in the village loved by the writer Hermann Hesse, overlooking the lake and mountains just steps from Lugano. Situated in the town of Collina d'Oro in the Montagnola district of Arasio. Ideal place to stay or departure point for excursions.
The house has a double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and living-room on the first floor. Sun loungers and parasols are available. TV, DVD player and stereo (CD), DAB radio available. Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are to be provided. The electrical outlets are Swiss standard and an EU adapter is available at home. The house does not have wi-fi. It does not have a private car park, but free public parking is just a few meters away in the village square and surroundings.

Meravigliosa

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im liebevoll eingerichteten und romantischen Häuschen auf der Collina d‘oro verbracht. Es hat da alles, was wir brauchten. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und herzlich, die Hausübergabe sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, am Dorfrand, und eignet sich vorzüglich als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedenste Aktivitäten: Kultur in Lugano und wunderbare Wanderwege durch die schönen Tessiner Wälder. Wir kommen wieder.
