Our penthouse, exclusive for its incredible strategic position, dominates the entire wooded and marine landscape of this splendid seaside resort.
It consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds which, if necessary, can become a comfortable double bed, with an equipped wall and wardrobe. Books will also be available in English and German and a small hi-fi system with CD player.
The sleeping area and the living area are separated, the large bedroom with large panoramic windows overlooks the promenade of Vieste and is characterized by the white ventilated roof made of laminated wood, a peculiarity of the whole apartment.
Spacious, comfortable and bright the bathroom with mosaic shower and window with magnificent views over the centuries-old olive groves and the hills of the Garganico promontory.
A short corridor leads to the open plan living area finished with parquet. The large living room with kitchen and dining room are finely furnished and connected to each other by fluid passages, also enhanced by targeted lighting. The glass walls allow you to come into close contact with the outside world, admiring it comfortably seated at the table, or on your favorite sofa.
And then, the breathtaking view from the magnificent terrace: 100 square meters. suspended between sky and sea, they offer scenarios of incomparable beauty from sunrise to sunset, able to excite even the coldest of spectators.
It will be enchanting to experience the terrace at any moment of the day; you will have at your disposal 1 comfortable rattan table with 2 armchairs, 1 table and 4 chairs in teak wood for outdoor lunches and dinners and 4 sea beds always in teak on which to relax under the Gargano sun. A mobile shower and natural shaded areas will allow you not to give up the pleasantness of all moments outside.
In addition, there is a delightful setting for a small vegetable garden in festooned boxes in which beyond the flowers there are tomatoes and aubergines, basil and parsley, rocket and thyme, peppers, chilli peppers and courgettes. The attic, located on the 2nd floor of a residential building consisting of ground and first floors, can be reached from the main apartment below via an internal spiral staircase, in absolute privacy.
