All 3 bedrooms enjoy ensuite bathrooms with rain showers. The Master bedroom is fitted with a 32" TV and provides marvellous views.

The generous living room has a 42" TV and a wide balcony. From the Master bedroom and the living room you have direct access to terrasse with a lovely outdoor shower and the stylish infinity pool. Furthermore you can enjoy the large roof terrace on top of the living room.

To prepare culinary delights, the villa enjoys a fully fitted kitchen with kitchen and dinning ware.

As a guest of this romantic villa you will also have access to a large common pool with a beautifully decorated surrounding and an adjacent bar / restaurant where you can enjoy cold beers or frehy smoothies. It is open all day long.

In order to see as much of your holidays destionation as possible and enjoy the most flexibility, it is recommended to rent your own "weels". Very common are scooters or motorbikes which cost from app. € 7/day or cars from app. € 30/day. We can arrange rentals for you upfront so you can take over asap after your arrival if you let us know your transportation needs well in advance. Alternatively we can also arrange Airport or pier pick-ups and drop-offs.

Electricity usage is metered and will be charged seperately at 7 Baht per unit. Meter readings will be taken upon arrival / departure.

Cancellation policy: 50% refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. If guests cancel less than 30 days in advance, don't show or leave early, the nights not spent won't be refunded.
