Apartment of 60 m² in the second floor of a six-floor building, with lift, called “Club de Mar” in Sant Feliu de Guíxols. For 2 people and 1 person with sofa-bed. There is 1 bedroom with a double-bed, hall of 4m², living-dining room of 20 m² with a sofa-bed for one person, giving to a terrace of 7,5 m², with wonderful wide view on the sea and Sant Feliu de Guíxols beach, a 6 m² kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing and WC.
Equipment: Gas kitchen, gas oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, terrace furniture, TV.
Surroundings: Due to slope, this apartment is at street level. It is very useful the direct access to a small sand beach surrounded of rocks. Market, commercial centre and historic centre at 100 m.

Ideal para ir con niños
Esta muy cómodo para ir en plan tranquilo y con niños. Esta muy cerca del centro urbano y playas, además tiene una pequeña playita a la que se accedede a traves del propio edificio que resulta ideal para ir con los peques, también tiene acceso directo al mar mediante escalera. Las vistas desde la terraza son muy bonitas. Lo único malo es que algun mueble como las mesillas huelen mucho a humedad, cosa por otro lado habitual en ambientes de costa. La tele es n poco pequeña. Pero en general la experiencia es estupenda.
