Beautiful residence on the sea, immersed in the Salento countryside, inside the Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca park, in the "Ciolo" (Gagliano del Capo) locality, 1 km from the Adriatic Sea. The villa is surrounded by 20,000 square meters of land. Ideal for relaxing holidays, in total freedom and away from the chaos of crowded marinas. The strong point is certainly the panoramic terrace of 42 m 2 which gives the feeling of being on the bow of a boat, the view of the Otranto canal is wonderful and allows you to see the most barren and wild part of the Salento coast. From there you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and beautiful moonlit evenings. The large table on the terrace under the canopy will invite you to have lunch and dinner comfortably, away from the heat of the suns, accompanied by the light breeze that always blows around here. The sun beds will allow you to sunbathe or relax with an aperitif and regenerate

Casa meravigliosa

Casa bellissima con grande terazza esposta ad est. Silenzio e tranquillitá, riposo complete garantito. Pina é stata molto gentile e sempre disponibile. La Casa era molto ben attrezzata, non mancava nulla. Belle spiagge si trovano nelle vicinanze, ma una macchina é necessario.

Sehr schönes Apartment in wunderschöner Lage

Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Blick sind ein Traum. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen leckeren Rotwein und lokale Spezialitäten. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalt standen die Vermieter, Pia und Ihr Mann Giuseppe, immer hilfreich zur Verfügung und haben uns mit Guten Tips für Veranstaltungen und Badeplätze versorgt.
