About this property

Our apartment is located in the center of Playa del Ingles. Only 5 min walking from the Yubo center and 10 min. from the beautiful sandy beach. We offer You 43 m2 of a beautiful apartment with bedroom and a living room with full equipped kitchen, bathroom and the terrace with the palm and pool view. There is the air-condition in whole apartment, everything in modern and beautiful style. Really good and high level. We hope You'll enjoy it :-). The apartment has one king size bed (180x200) in the bedroom and a sofa (140x200) in the living room :)

Playa del Ingles/Maspalomas

This apartment was modern, spacious and nicely appointed and well laid out. It had a nice outdoor balcony and view of the pool. The internet worked well which was important to me as I worked remotely and on video calls regularly. The property is all walking distance to Playa del Ingles, Yumbo, and buses throughout the island. Only thing to note is the stairs at the entrance to the property, although I believe there is a way to enter via the driveway. I did book the Stargate apartment online, but instead got the Universe one, but they seemed exactly alike. The host was super communicative and answered my questions within the day, if not immediately. I'd certainly book this place again.

Great location!

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Lucas was very responsive to any questions and concerns. My only complaints are that the toilet seat lid would not stay up and that the neighbor upstairs was very loud. The loud neighbor was more of a nuisance, especially at 3:00am, but we weren't in Playa del Ingles for the apartment so were out about most of the time. Would definitely consider staying here again if we are ever in the area.

Ein Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement, komplett ausgestattet mit reichlich Handtüchern ,Bettwäsche ,die Küche ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht seit meinem Aufenthalt einem neuen Kaffeevollautomat !! Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank , Spülmaschine auch eine Waschmaschine im Bad. Ich war vier Wochen zu Gast und habe mich fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles Super. Michael

Super high quality and comfort, and great location

From the pictures, we could see this place looks something special, and we had high expectations. We were staying for a month, so we wanted somewhere that would be comfortable and relaxing for that length of time. I would say that our expectations were exceeded in all ways. Communication and check-in process were very smooth and informative. The location of the apartment is just perfect for us - just a few steps away from the Yumbo centre, but in a very quiet area. Plenty of shops very near for all the basic things, plus we found an area with bigger supermarkets (Mercadona, etc) about 15 minutes' walk away, with more choice. As for the apartment itself, well I don't really know where to start - everything was great! We could really tell that this place has been designed and furnished with amazing attention to detail and standards. All the space is maximised to provide storage and plenty of facilities in the bathroom and kitchen, while still having a very relaxing feeling in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is so well-equipped, with everything we needed to cook meals, with a great dishwasher and - wow - such a great coffee machine! Now I am back home, I really miss being able to press the button and get a freshly-ground espresso. Connectivity was great, with the smart speakers in the bedroom and living area, as well as the large screen TV. Great to be able to listen to music/radio every day, and watch Netflix/etc when we felt like it. Pool area was clean, and always had space with available loungers. Balcony on the apartment was very nice to relax in the cool - it is always in the shade, which personally for me is a plus, after being out in the sun. So many more great details I could mention, but I think you get the picture. Overall, we just became totally relaxed here and felt very well looked after. I really hope we can come back again soon!
