About this property

Stunning and fully equipped apartment with free fast WiFi, big swimming pool & gardens, surrounded by pine and palm trees, close to the sandy lovely beach and the famous coastal path. All necessary services nearby!
Located in new condominium recently construction (2015) with a shared swimming pool open all year long, private garden, paddel court, parking in the basement level. The apartment is near to the beach of La Cala de Mijas, close to numerous bars, restaurants and at only 2 minutes walking to a large Lidl Supermarket.

The apartment has a bedroom, big terrace, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Located in a privileged setting, 500 meters from the beach and the famous coastal wooden trail, surrounded by pine trees, and all services at few meters (restaurants, supermarkets, bus and taxi stops, pharmacy, post office ..).

The kitchen -fully renovated- is equipped with all appliances: microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle .. Also we provide all the utensils you may need during your stay: dishes, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, tea pot, pots and pans, stainless steel and so on.
Bathroom with shower tropical rain. It also has a washing machine.

In the lounge there is a HD TV, in addition to watch your favorite shows and films .. Free WiFi internet connection without limits (access to internet in any device: tablet, smartphone, notebook ..). The living room has a sofa bed easily convertible into a bed for 2 people.
Also we can put an extra bed for the 5th person. The bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable fully size bed and a big roomy wardrobe. The private terrace is undoubtedly our favorite place of the aparment. Have a breakfast bread with olive oil, drinking a glass of wine or simple enjoy the fresh air!

The complex has a large swimming pool, tennis court and also has large green areas completely private to relaxing or play with your kids.

Personally welcome our guests upon arrival. You can contact us by phone at any time if you need something.

If you have a car you can park in a private parking place inside the urbanization. If you come without own vehicle don't worry, the beach is a 'stones throw' (500m) and less than 2-15 minutes walk you will find a wide range of supermarkets Lidl, Mercadona, and Supersol), all kinds of restaurants (Italian, Japanese, Indian, Mexican, Lebanese ...), several pharmacies, and taxi / bus stops (5 min walking) that will take you anywhere in the Malaga geography.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr guter Vermieter

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung und sind voller Lob. sagen. Die Lage ist sehr gut ,ebenso die Wohnung. Nolan und Olga sind sehr zuverlässige und gute Vermieter. Wir kommen immer wieder.

By no stretch of the imagination should this apartment be described as 'stunning' that is giving a very false picture of the reality. I know the owners cannot be responsible for the weather which was very poor during our stay but one of the reasons I had picked this apt. was the fact it was advertised as an all season venue because it had heating. This proved to be incorrect, the heating they described was a wall mounted unit in the bedroom, there was nothing else! Consequently the living areas were cold and uncomfortable. I complained and we were supplied with a very small oil filled electrical heater which frankly, was useless. We found a large throw in the wardrobe and sat with that draped across us at night to keep warm, transferring it to the bed later. The rest of the apt. I would describe as adequate, the kitchen was fine, catering for most of our needs, although there wasn't iether a toaster or coffee maker as described in the add and no shelves in the oven? When I queried the missing shelves I was told that was because they didn't encourage people to use the oven because they left it dirty! I said I was sorry to hear that but we still needed to cook so they were supplied eventually. The garden area was frankly, scruffy! Full of weeds and only plastic chairs, no sun loungers so you couldn't relax outside even when the sun did shine. We invited a couple of friends to join us for two nights prior to going on a trip and were told that was extra, the apt is advertised as being suitable for up to five people so we duly paid only to find that the mattress in the bed settee in the living room was stained both sides and I have photographic evidence to prove that. There was no mattress cover provided so my husband and I had no choice but to sleep on it, I was appalled. The general standard of all the bedding, towels, furniture etc. was not good and certainly not what you would be expecting in somewhere described as 'Stunning' To summarise, I would say that this was not a good choice for us and I'm sorry to say I will not be recommending this apartment to anyone. The reviews elsewhere tell a different story? I can only say that in future I will be ignoring these.

Très bel appartement: beaux jardins,grande piscine

Parfait pied à terre pour visiter la région de l'Mijas. L'appartement est conforme à la description, très propre, proche de l plage et du centre ville ( 5 min à pied ). Il est parfaitement équipé et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Il y a un parking souterrain et juste à côté un supermarché Lidl très pratique. Olga est juste parfaite. Très disponible et gentille elle a su satisfaire tous nos besoin.

Good location set in mature gardens, lovely pool

We spent a very enjoyable 2 weeks staying at this property. The location is good with easy access to the beach, local restaurants, bars and supermarkets (Lidl just in front of the door). The weather was hot and sunny and we particularly enjoyed walking along the seafront boadwalks and calling in the beach bars for lunch or a refreshing beer along the way. The property is very clean, well maintained, well equipped and set in beautiful, mature gardens. The pool area looks very inviting making us wish we were there due it wasn't closed for the low season. The location is also good for anyone wanting to travel further afield, with easy acess to main roads and public transport. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family and friends.

Dejlig lejlighed med skøn terrasse

Vi nød 15 dejlige dage i den. Der er plads til en større familie, og der er hvad der skal bruges. I nærheden er der købmand/slagter, og det er billigt og godt. 2 lokale restauranter hvor de lokale spiser godt og billigt. Du bliver modtaget af Olga der hjælper dig med oplysninger der er nyttige. Terrassen er et kapitel for sig selv. Udsigt til Gibraltar og Marokko. Herlige aftner på denne terrasse. God wifi og fjernsyn.
